Raine & Horne Dubbo

Just finished leasing an apartment with raine and horne after 3 years. My agent (Jessica) did an outstanding job seeing to repairs, maintenance, whatever I needed, she even sorted out all my cleaning and repairs when I ended my lease, as I was too busy with work.
Outstanding service, 5/5.

If there's 0 star I would gave that. You will never contact your agent directly. They always ask you to call their landline, see if your agent happens to be there.otherwise, you'll never find them.and, they never reply your email, either.any repair report is meaningless to them, nobody would check on it. I'm afraid they would pin all the faults on tenants when lease ending.

If I could select zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Had a call from Brently today for him to tell me I am burning my name into the ground. I tried to organise to inspect 2 properties and after days of either not hearing back from anyone or told the owners "work away so can not get hold of them" decided to knock on the owners door. Both owners said they hadnt been contacted. Appalled at the way I was spoken too.

I bought my first home through Raine & Horne Dubbo in 2012 and they were extremely helpful. Being a new experience they always had time to explain the procedures and process in buying.
Throughout the whole process, from finding the home, organizing the pest/building report, to getting the keys, they always kept me in the loop with what was happening and what i had to do.
I would highly recommend Raine & Horne Dubbo to anyone looking at buying/selling/renting.

Bit rude, never ring you back, make you feel like you're an inconvenience and screen your calls.the lady we spoke to was argumentative and disagreeable at every turn. Also take forever to get back to you about applications to rentals, which is not acceptable when you really need to know whether you have a property or not and have not much time in which to get one, I.e. Moving to Dubbo from another state. Not happy and wouldn't recommend it if possible for the Dubbo one. Unpleasant experience to say the least. Neither my partner nor I wish to deal with them again if possible, however we do have to say we dealt with one person in particular so can't say for the rest of the company.

Throughly recommend Raine and Horne. I have been with them for almost 20yrs. Staff are extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Property managers have always looked after us very well.
