It would never be an exaggeration if we say Stuart has provided us with a Marvellous service and helped us sell the Property in just a week’s time. It was our dream home, on which we had spent a lot of time, effort and money but circumstances changed and we had to move on. Did a market study to find the best real estate agent, but unfortunately ended up in the wrong hands. It was a very hard time for us as the agent did not even manage to get a decent offer in his 3 month contracted period.

Soon after the contract ended and we were thinking about the next step, met Stuart from Raine&Horne team, who was very positive towards selling the house in the price we were looking for. The team was extremely professional and friendly, their approach to the entire process was remarkable. Just after the first open home the team came back with a good offer which was worth the effort and money we spend in building the property. It was a great relief to know that there was no issues with our property, but the problem was the inability of our first agent to appropriately market the property.

Very unprofessional & unresponsive in terms of responding to emails. This is on behalf of my employees & personal experience R&H are discriminatory towards other visa holders from other countries. Some of my workers had applied for rental property with Raine& Horne and had faced bad experiences. They do not want to ever reapply for rental properties. I feel sad about them as they have to face this kind of situation as they feel Dubbo is not worthy to live in because of no houses for them. Despite of having full time jobs and have everything needed to prove to get a house, many are disheartened. Due to this, some of them have re located somewhere else and i have lost workers.

We were guided by Stuart with the sale of our first home. He provided detailed evidence of our value, exceptional knowledge of the market & how to get the best price & it paid off. Stuart sold our home with multiple offers at the first open home & reached a price well above our expectations! Highly recommend Stuart at Raine & Horne Dubbo.

Stuart and his team (including Brentley and Marketing) did a great job presenting our Narromine property 'FOR SALE'. We knew after our first face to face meeting with Stuart and Brentley, that these guys know their market and were eager and willing to work with us. The photos were superb and Stuart's professional approach using his knowledge and skills helped us attain the result we did. Our property was listed within a $30,000 price range and we accepted an offer which was top of the range. Yes, we got the top asking price, after only 9 days on the market (2 days after the first viewing)! Genuine, authentic and honest.
Brentley has an honest approach. He is supportive however he is realistic. He listens to your wants and needs and maintains constant communication. When you choose Brentley, he is not just a real estate agent, he becomes a genuine friend. We wouldn’t pick any other agent.

Poor experience. No response to phone calls or emails. Very disappointing and reception also rude, would avoid dealing with the rental staff.

Yet again Brentley thought of us when he had a property that was a challenge to sell but knew we could make it work He understands his clients needs and executes everytime.

Stu and Brentley did an amazing job! Sold our house on first open for inspection, no advertising needed. If you want a good laugh, meet great young men and sell your home for the best possible price, ring Stu and Brentley! Bloody champs!

Although we ended up having to pull out of buying a property through Raine and Horne, Thomas was very professional in understanding our concerns, offering alternate solutions and eventually in returning the deposit fully. No fuss, nice and easy to deal with.
