His commonsense avoided unnecessary waste of resources and saved my time. Simon followed up after I occupied the property to ensure my smooth settlement.

Corey Shen ignores emails, and when does talks and no action. Once they get you in the property they will ignore you. Can't get a light fixed in the bathroom, it has been over 5 weeks. Noise issue but still waiting to hear back about what can be done 5 weeks later and 8 requests. Wouldn't go near a property leased by Raine and Horne Carlingford people again.

I had a really good experience dealing with R&H for one of my tenancies. They got the owner to get the unit professionally cleaned even without me asking for. The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in and that's how I returned it to them. Highly recommended for tenants.

The agent was lovely until the end of lease. He was unresponsive for two weeks and said it was common practice for end of lease to be finalised after 1-2 weeks. He asked for $200 for cleaning fees for wear and tear on a loft, even though we had already half a day cleaning it.

Would not use or recommend this agency for future property transactions.

Really like the service and people here. Many of the agents do things not in the right way but R&H carlingford is different. They showed professional service and working enthusiasm here. I have to say Francis and Jenny are professional and sincere, they helped me a lot. I also have to say Corey showed me the way how a property manager should manage his properties. I haven't seen any real estate as ignorant as them. They simply don't care about tenants at all.

Worst renting experience ever. Whatever issue arises in your place, the property manager would ignore your claim unless you physically visit him and push him for an action. I broke the lease because they didn’t fix and return the garage door remote nearly a month and I couldn’t get into the parking lot. I had several other issues as well, and the property manager Corey Shen ignored my emails ten times during the 8 months of tenancy. I wouldn’t recommend you to rent a house through them.

Worse service I've ever received in real estate.
Chinese way to try and make more many, tipical from them. And when you ask for explanation they simply don't reply, ignoring you.

Not usually one to post publicly, but I have never dealt with a Real Estate agent so unprofessional. I'm unsure whether it's all the staff or just the one I was trying to deal with but either way my experience with them was not short of a joke. Receptionist was rude, agent does not respond to emails or phone calls. Won't ever go near a house leased by there people again. Disgustingly unprofessional

We have been looking for a property to buy almost for 1 year until we met Jenny and Francis from this great real agency.
