I feel Francis is weak as a agent I probably wouldn't use him.
He seems to be helpful when try to sell, but unfortunately he seems to be somewhat dismissive when dealing with him with other matters.
Jenny on the other hand is ok.

I had a great experience with Ms. Xing from Raine & Horne Carlingford for the rental service. She is professional and provides fast response. Very satisfied!

Worst service. Worst renting experience ever. Whatever issue arises in your place, the property manager would ignore your claim. Doesn’t respond to emails. They gave me 1.5 years water usage bill in one go where they should be giving it every quarter. Every few months we had to inform them about the bathroom tap leaks, which never got fully fixed. And the real state charged us for that leaking water! The garage gets flooded while it rains, the house is freezing cold because of no sealing. Electric bill goes high because of that. On top they raise rental $50 in one go, while in the same area houses are lot lower rent.
I had several other issues as well, and the property manager Corey Shen ignored my emails. I wouldn’t recommend you to rent a house through them unless you speak same language.

The real estate is good and easy to work with, they could be a bit better with replying to emails but other then that the team is nice and very accomodating

If you enjoy being ignored then yeah totally go with this agency! They just ignore everything you send their way and you exhaust yourself chasing them up for weeks, sometimes months for a response.

The tenant blistered the floor and carpet. The agent said, "If we go to insurance, the intermediary doesn't care? " Didn't the intermediary company fail?
