My experience as a renter wasn't pleasant at all.
I had to deal with the whole family members that have been rude and unprofessional. Only the father mr. Guy was able to communicate properly.
I had to contact NSW fair trading to have the kitchen stove and a broken window fixed.
You should learn how to work and deal with people before opening any business.

Martin and the Raine & Horne team at Burwood are brilliant at their job. They knew exactly what we were after and looked after us from day one.

These guys know what they’re doing, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I are landlords and have one of our properties with Raine and Horne Burwood. We are both very pleased with the service we have received. At one point we had difficult tenants that would keep cancelling inspections. The staff at Raine and Horne explained to me the relevant laws in relation to entering the property and were eventually able to gain access. They would keep us up-to-date every few days which we really appreciated. The staff were also able to claim the tenants bond back when they skipped on their lease.

A stressful situation was made easy through the professionalism and work ethic of the staff at Raine and Horne Burwood. They followed everything up and as I previously mentioned they kept me informed on the process (which as a landlord I place as being very important).

The agents at Raine & Horne Burwood, thrive on under-praising property values.

They intentionally underquote, with the express purpose of creating interest in the properties and intentionally misrepresenting prices to attract more bidders.

All real estate agents are obliged to put an estimated price on the agency agreement (between the vendor and the agent), which is very heavily prescribed in legislation.

When you come across agents who under quote, keep all records and report them directly to the Department Of Fair Trading, who will quickly discover underquoting

I have been looking for something to buy in the local area for a while and i have always found Martin and Guy to have great Market and local knowledge of Burwood. I would highly think of them if i am buying or selling

Great team and professionalism. Selling a property can be somewhat daunting but Martin from Raine and Horne held my hand every step of the way. It made the entire experience enjoyable and a great result to cap it off. I would highly recommend Martin and his team to anyone.

I would have given for zero star if it was possible. Very unprofessional behaviour from the staffs called Sarah and Georgia. Every phone from this people is abusive and depressing to me and my wife. Had very bad experience during inspection, visiting office and also over the phone. Georgia and Sarah scolded me and my wife over the phone few times.
They should really be considerate and polite with people. I cannot expect excellent customer service from this people but at least don't treat people bad. Every conversation from this people are one sided and they are not ready to listen to customers.
If you guys are good with landlords be the same with tenants. We are also your customers. We are also your clients. Learn to treat people better.

Worst experience ever. VERY unprofessional staff who really need training in dealing with their clients. Sarah and Georgia need to empathize on other people. Would never recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever. Rented a single bedroom property from them and had to move out ONLY because my mom was coming to live with us from overseas. They advertised a property, me and husband went to inspect it. Guy showed us the property but was a rush. We were happy with it as he promised that the defect would be fixed. So we applied for the property, called up to ask if the application was processed but Sarah picked up the call and was screaming over the phone for no reason. We still stayed calm as we like the property she asked us to bring in the document which she would have obviously had and we went in to provide it. The document was collected on the door and door was shut on my husbands face. They had already given the property to someone but still asked for the document. On the next day my husband called up sarah and she informed that the property was given someone in a really rude manner. We stayed calm.

After a week she called us up and informed that the property is available and asked us to confirm the contract on the same day and we did so. But we wanted to inspect the property before making the bond payment which is legally required. We asked her to show the property once before paying. Our request was rejected a number of times and on the day of the payment we said that we will not go further with the payment unless we inspect the property and there was this million emails that were sent across harassing us. Finally we ended up inspecting and making payment and moving over to the other place within a very short time that was dictated leaving our work, study and everything. Because of this we were not able to do proper cleaning for the property for which they will again take all the money that was paid as bond. It was a really stressful and depressing process dealing with these people. THEY ARE HERE TO HELP THE CLIENTS BUT END UP STRESSING THEM.
They should understand that they are not doing us any favor but perform the job that they are paid to do.

Currently the house I live in is so open without any blinds and people in the road can see everything clearly as it has long windows. WHEN ASKED FOR IT TO BE FIXED GEORGIA STARTS YELLING IN THE PHONE. THEIR CALLS SHOULD BE RECORDED AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT SHOULD LISTEN TO IT.
Re-train your staff and try to stay on the ground. RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL, HIGH STRESSFUL

Please don't get struck with them.

Guy Lorello and Staff have been managing our family's properties for over 20 years and have always been very professional and trustworthy!

PS. Guy, thank you for your good counsel to mum over these years, upto to her passing last July.

I had a horrible experience with an agent called Harry Reskakis who made insulting and derogatory comments about the tenets and the property, although he works somewhere else now. Maybe the current agents there are doing a much better job.

I had horrible experience with one of the male agents there once. During the home hygiene inspection, he found there was some mold in the bathroom, which was quite normal in the Sydney weather (also, with all the honesty, I am quite a clean person myself). He turned to me and said I wouldn't even let my dog in there. There were also some other very rude and downgrading comments out of his mouths. I am so glad I don't have to deal with him in my life anymore.

I has been so happy as a tenant for few years now and it was very lovely to have met that very understanding and helpful lady Cathline from burwood office.i really mich the place Where I was tenant. Be wary of renting through these guys. They tried to rip me off for cleaning services when I vacated premises, services that never took place. I caught them out in a lie and have emails to prove it. Avoid.

My property manager Kathleen is very helpful and professional. Yesterday I called her about my property out of power suddenly she drove to my home very soon and helped me checked the problem even it’s already 5: 30pm. She always tries her best to solve the problems happened.
