I have rented a property from Raine and Horne for 2 years. The agent we contacted, Darren Cheng, was very trustworthy as he was very responsive to our tenants and communicated with us promptly with any issues. I rent a property managed by Raine and Horne Burwood. Some of the laziest property managers out. Often don’t reply to emails or texts when you have issues within the apartment. Have to constantly follow them up to have things fixed. Wouldn’t recommend

My friend and I checked out a property which he walked us through on last Saturday in Burwood. At the inspection, there were lots of people interested and one of the property managers, Franco, did his best to make sure all of us got a chance to see the place without crowding the apartment. He was very professional, and I really appreciated his help and quick turnaround replying to my messages too as a first time renter.

If you want your money stolen use them. I'm not a client or a tenant there was an error in payment to the wrong account and they kept the money even when shown the error and account information it came out off

Stoke $38,000 from me I'm sure you are aware of the DEFT payment which you client are from someone called Andy your old tenant at 185b and I'm sure your are aware of the NCAT hearing where you stated you didn't take money from people. You got the email proof of the accounts the money came from yet you still lie cheat and hind away from. It all. Do you need me to upload the emails etc? And I don't hind from anyone nor does my boss. Guy why can't you do the right thing? You know your new tenant is in court for stolen property which you gave to them too.

Can't thank Guy enough for going out of his way to come and drop off the spare key to my apartment having locked myself out. I don't know of any other real estate agent that would go to this much effort to help out a tenant, and save me time and money at the drop of a hat. Thank you!

I've been with them for 15 years. The managing director and his staff are friendly and very helpful and considerate also any time when I have an issue. All these years with them I was very happy and I recommend them to everybody. I live in tenant covid 19 the agent keep harrassing us they humiliate by putting writing a massage his door saying you are behind on your rent in big character. And harrassing others until they left and me they tell me not to wash the toilet.

We had the pleasure of working with Martin and his team when we bought our house. Martin was professional and helpful throughout. He was open, honest, responsive and went above and beyond to keep us updated and informed. He also did an amazing job in supporting all our requests for access for the various inspections.
