My experience with John Katergarakis was an absolute pleasure. John was very efficient, professional, easy and friendly to deal with. He answered all of my questions and delivered on his promises. My property was rented within a couple of weeks and got the rent I was after. He evaluated all applicants very carefully, provided detailed reports on each, but most importantly provide me with his own professional insight and advice on which tenant was best for my property based on his industry experience. So far so good and very happy with the service I am receiving.
