Highly Recommend.

Experience Pays
I chose Toula to be our agent for a couple of reasons.her area knowledge, her professionalism, her personality and her ability to communicate, but most of all I chose her because she loves her work. I knew this reason alone would be the magic that got our house sold. If you don't like what you do, you never do it 100%. She gave our listing 100% and always took my calls (I had a terrible habit of ringing her after 5) which I appreciated and kept me updated.
In a market that was declining fast, she managed to get us 40k more than what we thought we would have to settle for. I know it was her experience and talent that got us that extra cash. I can highly recommend her to be your agent

Fantastic and Wonderful

Excellent sales person
Toula is an excellent sales person, she listened to me and gave me excellent advise to chose from, including inside and outside presentation, and sales price guidance, and what to expect on the sale day. Toula even made time to show prospective buyer through in after work hours, and did not limit herself to the advertised open house times. Professional and really connected to the people she meets with. Many thanks Toula.

After searching high and low - John and his team really deliver.

Feel really comfortable with our choice, and they made the process really easy when leasing our place out for the first time.

Every staff member is highly trained and the communication is always on point.

Must be considered if you’re looking for a managing agent!

Eva is super communicative and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new property!

This has previously been a 5 star review: unfortunately after a while I have to change this review after some serious incidents with the property manager which has nothing to do with Eva. The general complaint process seems like that Raine and Horne knows about issues but is not interested in solving them

I honestly didn't have any issues with the agents themselves (thanks Maryanne and Sam for all that you've done!), it was their admin work that was really infuriating. I had handed my keys as a tenant back to the agent, assuming that anything that happens in that property will no longer be my concern (unless I had damaged something - which I did not), but was called back a week lately to come and clean it. This was an interesting request because I had surely given the place a deep clean the day I had moved out as it would be empty with my items on its way to my new place. Nevertheless, I accepted the request and made my way down to the agency to pick up the keys.

The agent was unavailable to meet at the office which was fine, I was happy to drive out to them as they were only a ten-minute drive out. As I was about to leave to meet the agent, I received a call from them that said they had a spare key at the office. So I turned around, but did not think much of it as I was not too far out.

As I arrived, the receptionist was extremely unwelcoming, as if I was interrupting her quiet Saturday mornings. She handed me a keyring with five keys and a tag that did not have the correct address on it. I questioned her: "are you sure this is right? This does not look like the key I used at all". She persisted, saying that this indeed was correct. As I was about to sign the papers for them to track where certain keys were, I noticed that she had written "six" instead of "five" in the "how many keys were given? " column. I instantly stopped and told her to correct this immediately because I did not want to be in the middle of a he-said-she-said situation. As she corrected it, I hesitantly signed.

As I was leaving the carpark, I received a call from the agent telling me to firmly return to the agency as the receptionist had given me the wrong set of keys. My gut feeling was right and frustratingly, I turned around. At this point, I was already at my old address which was fifteen minutes out.

As I returned to the agency, the receptionist that previously handed me the keys dared not to look me in the eyes or apologise for her actions and doubting her lack of judgement. She cowered in a conference room and refused to turn her head, knowing that I was there. I was instead greeted by a different receptionist with much better customer service skills. She apologised and answered my questions and frustrations as to why I was required to clean a place that was no longer mine, and empathised with the fact that I had spent more time travelling back and forth than cleaning. I had also asked her to please change the "six" to a "one" for the "how many keys were given? " column in their paperwork and she agreed that this will be done.

Overall, the agents I had no issues with - they were easily contactable and are great at their jobs, especially in ensuring that the property is maintained and kept well. My concerns laid more with the receptionists and the ladies in the office. It is really not that hard to take responsibility and own up to your mistakes, but instead you hide behind a desk thinking that you were never wrong to begin with. Perhaps your agency should spend more time in training your receptionists to be more detail-oriented and have them build more people/soft skills as some seem to clearly lack it.
