Garth was a genuine down to earth guy who made the process of buying (which can be very stressful) a lot easier. His communication throughout was also great, keeping us up to date every step of the way so that we were not kept in the dark. His trustworthy ‘straight forward’ approach put us at ease & was very refreshing.

We saw three agents when we were planning to sell our holiday property which we had owned for 35 years.
