James is very good at what he is doing. He would travel extra miles of you ask him to. In multiple occasions he responded to my emails I sent in minutes earlier those emails were sent at 10pm. I have never met a property manager more dedicated than James.

Excellent Service, communication and updates
I recently purchased a property with Paul Milkovic, who was supportive and helpful throughout the process. I had no hesitation to stick with them due to his service. I have now leased the property with them with the help of John Thai and Angel Wang. I cannot speak highly enough of their quality and standard of work. We corresponded purely on email as I am located out of Sydney. Without meeting them face to face, they were able to answer all my questions and concerns promptly and always replied to my emails without delay. I highly recommend buying or leasing with them.

Extremely Professional, Sincere, Honest, Trustworthy and very Knowledgeable - Michael has been so easy to work with on a very tough market. He will go an extra mile just to get the sale on the line. It doesn't matter what time as long as a buyer is willing to inspect, he will accommodate. His knowledge on the market is very wide and will tell you everything you need to know to make the process of selling smooth. By far the most helpful and down to earth rental team I've dealt with, Annalisa really simplified the rental process as much as possible, very flexible and maintained good contact before during and after application but everyone we've dealt with from the team has been extremely helpful too! So nice being treated as a valued client instead of a chore like most rental inquiries.
