We have had the best experience with Raine and Horne! Paul, Angela and the team were amazing every step of the way. From the first time we met Paul we could easily feel how genuine and sincere he was. Paul is very impressive with how he works, which allowed us to trust and be confident in his team.
Angela was the excellent, she helped us purchase our first house and made the process so easy and smooth. She ticked every single box. Angela is very responsive, actions things fast, efficient, very experienced, professional with a high level of integrity, friendly, great personality, dedicated and a hard worker. Rented a one bedroom apartment for the duration of six months. May I only recommend that tenants take their own videos and pictures of the property as soon as they occupy the premises and just before they vacate. Also be sure to email any requests for repairs, No verbals.
This way you can be sure to cover yourself at all angles and receive your bond. I will say no more.

Worst Real Estate EVER,

Their intention is to keep all bond. They gave a contact of professional cleaner, we got our work from that particular one, still the real estate deducted 2000 (2k) bond. Will be going to tribunal against them.

Dont lease from them.

Rented with them for less than a year. Christian and Natalie did exceptional jobs however when the new portfolio manager took place, things only got worse. TERRIBLE communication with these people. Weeks to get replies back from emails. They could never fix items in the rental.
Surprising anyone would rent from them. The person looking after the rental had no clue half of time on what was going on, and sounded always half asleep on the phone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We rented a $400 apartment in auburn under this agency for a 1yr contract, but the service & communication is soooo bad.

When we moved to the apartment the dryer isn’t working and until now it hasn’t been fixed.

The kitchen sink is about to collapse and nobody from there team even had the initiative to have it fix till now, even if we had raise our concerns via email about this problem multiple times.

There’s a water leak from the toilet and took them about 4months to have it fixed.

Around March 2022 the split type aircon has to be replaced according to the technician who came because water is coming out from the aircon due to oldness BUT guess what? No actions taken again from STRATHFIELD AGENCY.

THEY HAVE VIOLATED SO MUCH FROM THE CONTRACT.

NEVER EVER RENT A PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENCY

Worst experience ever, will never use them as agent again. Rented out my property with them, more than 6 months passed and they never even gone to do inspection, I actually had to ask them to do it. When inspection done, they provided blurry pics. When tenants left, they kept the bond claim for months even though Fairtrading has released the funds to the agent, I had to keep chasing them for it. And they double charge me for the fee and I had to keep chasing them for it and been over a month and they still haven't refunded. They also tend not to reply to emails either. If you are a landlord and want to rent out your property with them, beware.

We had the pleasure of having Susie as the property manager for the house we were renting. From the moment we showed interest in the property until the moment our lease ended (and beyond) she was a pleasure to deal with. She was so responsive and very helpful. I always email or call Bowler for any Repairs in our apartment where I am currently renting he gives very quick response or send a person to check the property immediately and resolves In the same day.
