Qudos Bank Arena is a great venue! I've attended many events here and the location is great. Everything else is to standard expectations but the only downfall is no Wi-Fi connections for patrons to use because the reception is awful!

Went to see Sam Smith last night, was a fantastic experience inside a fantastic arena! The security and staff were lovely and quick and the ushers made the experience of seating fast and efficient!

Venue is great BUT food inside is well over priced. You can't bring food from outside so you're left with no other options but whatever is on offer. Which is not much - either bland, greasy or pretending to be healthy food but not really.

The facilities are always clean and the arena is spacious and comfortable. The food is a little bit expensive but is expected at a big arena. Over all I really enjoyed my time here.

They are very organised and get people inside as soon as they can. The food is very average quality and has very high prices. I wish they were more environmentally aware since they use so many cups from transferring drinks to cups.

One of the most disgusting food that can be served.
Beef burger:
- Meat cold
- Cheese not melted
- buns not tosted, just cut in half
.
Chips cold and chewy
Have your food before entering.

Great venue and almost guaranteed great sound from any type of concert. However, parking especially when you've got to prepay for big events, is expensive, food choices and quality are mediocre and alcoholic beverages are overpriced and almost never full-strength. Price gouging gets a new meaning out here.

Performances and the size of the arena are great! Staff are great and the location is good.
The price they charge for tickets, food, water etc is pretty disturbing.

Clean, well laid out, large, event space with excellent facilities. A bit of a hike from the rail station - but probably only 15 mins walk.

Lovely and easy to get to via train from Central station in the city. Beautiful and clean with great seating all with good views. Service and amenities first class.

We have been to the Qudos Arena to see Pink & then Cher in the past month & found the staff to be very efficient at moving the crowds quickly & safely. The seating is on quite a steep elevation so care should be taken on stairs to your seat but it does give you a good view if you have one of those inconsiderate people in front of you that insist on waving their hands above their heads for the whole concert. Drinks are quite pricey & served in flimsy plastic cups but I can understand the safety concerns. Good access from Olympic Park Train Station.

Awesome facilities. Always love attending events here, it's easy to get in and out, parking is pretty easy to access if need be but usually there's event buses on for big games or concerts. Comfortable seating and it doesn't seem to matter where you sit in this place, you'll still get a good view.

The show was magnificent however the catering does not have gluten free food and mainly fried food. Just like the old days, considering 25% of the population is affected by gluten. Park in P1 and prepay parking before you arrive.

Wondering why they have a policy to provide free check in for umbrellas (over 30cm) then heard patrons away from cover in the midst of a thunderstorm.
Then have paying customers line up in the rain to have them open their small handbags to security (in very little light) and have water bottles emptied in bins with instructions to find the one water station inside to re-fill them.
I understand security measures but there are better ways to respond to risk than to treat your paying patrons in this way. 99.9999999999999% are just that. Benign paying customers. Maybe hand out a bottle of free water to anyone who would like one, inside. No drinks (incl cans) to be brought in. Surely the price we pay will cover a 99c bottle of water.

Went to see the Ice Hockey
Facilities were good toilets clean
Food was very expensive but to be expected
Only gripe was no contactless payment available when I went to pay for parking even at the physical cashier
Normally I keep my cards in the car but forget to put them in
All was sorted and staff were very helpful I keep a photo of the cards just in case but found it a bit backward to not have the services available at a major venue
Hence 4 stars

Great faculty and a great setup. Stadium was full but there were no big hold ups coming or going. Big screens hanging from the roof mean that you will still have a great view of the event.

Qudos Aren is excellent, venue well designed and quick exit at completion if concerts. Just don't stay at Olympic parks accommodation as extremely expensive.
