Qudos Bank Arena reviews
57The venue is very well laid out and its a very well run machine with staff routing 20k people around the place pretty efficiently. The utilisation of mid strength varieties of alcoholic drinks was a major disappointment imo and the cost of said drinks was basically highway robbery. But all up i guess its not the venue yer there too see its the entertainment which was top class.
2023 Schools Spectacular
It was wonderful, many talented young people and a great stage full of lights, color and shine.
Training of Qudos Bank Arena staff needs to be revisited/updated in regard to people with disabilities. Over a 3 day function numerous times did my colleague and I have to firmly advocate for our students that we supported at an event. This occurred when we went to use lifts for accessibility and were told abruptly by certain Qudos staff "You will have to use the stairs". Staff need to be educated that disability isn't always visible.
Went to see School Spectacular. Well organised, excellent security. Spotless venue.
BUT, the Food Trucks allowed access, were extremely OVERPRICED. They have a captive clientele. They should be FAIR. Spoiled the experience.
I visited there 2 days ago for the 2nd vaccinate, it's big really big one. The system there is great except one thing, they should say that there're 2 vaccinate spots!
Great world class arena to view all international sports and concerts.family friendly atmosphere, recommended for all.
Went to the Tszyu v Inoue fight. Venue was great as usual, but the place ran out of hot food and many of the drink options before the main event even started.poor logistics and organisation from catering.
Wow what a night we went to see the tszyu fight and were blown away the music was pumping and the fight was amazing
I went here for Covid Vaccination, The place is amazing, very open. Gov.has used this place very well I must say.
The Best place with high quality and care about people for health and Covid_19 vaccination, special thanks for this branch and i appreciate for government responsibility about this hard situation
I felt like I was in squid game, and a camp man showing his authority by yelling and pointing at people makes me cringe. Seems like he was taking things out on there for his shortcomings, we are not in surry Hills, should be more polite.
They didn't let me perform my 1 person band, all I wanted to do was play the triangle and sing with some background music to show my voice, I wish they at least let me show what I got, so my experience was not.the.best.
Extremely long wait in queue. Customer Service Person was a pleasure to deal with. Reason for high rating.
Too far from station on a cold night. We were invited to a corporate suite and the food was really soso.
Visited it for AMY SHARK performance. Acoustic is great. Was sitting on 3d level. The view is amazing. Different options for parking. But a little bit costly for parking. Shuttle for remote parking 5. Overall great experience
Fantastic arena for concerts and sporting events. There’s always nice staff to assist you. There’s plenty of restroom facilities which are always clean. You can easily find locations to purchase drinks and snacks near your door. I was really impressed with the attitude of staff at the Amy Shark concert. They were friendly and respectful to patrons with disabilities. They also handled the Covid-19 restrictions in a professional friendly manner. The line up for buying merchandise was organised and thought through. Parking is a breeze next door at P1. I love attending events at Qudos Bank Arena at Sydney Olympic Park.
Went to see Monster Truck Mania. Good outing for young families with primary school kids but bring head sets to reduce the ear damage.
The show was delayed approx 25 minutes late starting.
The best part of the show were the 3 Kings free style motocross stunt team. The guy copying motor sounds was also very good.
The mini trucks and monster trucks were lame but the little kids seemed to like them.
Do not book a seat on level 3 if you suffer from vertigo as the seating tiers are very steep.
Pretty average service. Made it through security and bag check only to be turned away by venue staff due to our bags not meeting their regulation size.
Arena is good, however food is pretty average and a bit overpriced, parking is a nightmare, takes ages to get out
