28New location which is nice and clean. Staff were helpful over the phone in showing where they were located and organising a time frame for my x-ray. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Quick and easy when doing my x-ray. Definitely coming back.
I had a good experience at Quantum Radiology.
I had no issues booking over the phone for my ultrasound and the lady on the phone was helpful in explaining how to prepare for my appointment.
They were easy to find, located in the same building at Spotlight and Rivers.
I noticed they took social distancing serious with no patients waiting inside and the seating outside socially distanced.
I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the woman I dealt with was prompt and professional throughout my appointment. I also received my results relatively quickly.
Being new to the area I wasn't sure where to go for my ultrasound but after the positive experience I had at Quantum Radiology I would definitely recommend to anyone local requiring their services.
Staff are friendly also helpful with all enquires the new location is perfect close to everything
The staff here are very helpful and the machinery was new and worked very well. I got my results the day after my scan which shows how efficient this place is. Overall, I had a very good experience here.
From the actual phone call to make my appointment to the very last minute of my appointment I was treated with nothing but kindness from all I dealt with at Quantum Radiology Mt Druitt. It's never a pleasant experience being poked and prodded but the ladies here all made me feel very comfortable so much so I forgot I was there for medical reasons. I've been to all the local Quantum Radiology and this was by far the nicest experience I've had at any medical place.
If today's service was anything to go by then I highly recommend them. I hope they keep up the quality that I received today.
