All of the sonographers have been amazing however reception are a nightmare to deal with. You’re all so miserable and rude and lack people skills or the ability to be friendly with a smile on your face. It’s also extremely disappointing and frustrating learning that all of your patients ultrasound photos especially pregnancy data has been LOST and NO communication was given to anyone, I had to find out from my midwife who only found out because she had to chase up results. Ridiculous.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Quantum Radiology in Mt Druitt. My wife underwent a scan to test for Down syndrome in our child, and the communication regarding the results was abysmal. We heard nothing despite repeatedly checking with our doctor. Eventually, it was revealed that the facility had been hacked, resulting in the deletion of everyone's scans.

This lack of proactive communication forced our doctors to reach out, only to discover the extent of the issue. Now, several weeks later, we're left with no choice but to pay $400 elsewhere to obtain the answers we urgently need. The entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and costly.

So today my fiancé went into the clinic and what I heard was truly disgusting and I do not wish this upon anyone having a pregnancy ultrasound, firstly the technician was severely under trained and was incapable of doing the required task. She had no idea how to operate any of the computers or machinery and then walked out asking for assistance, a more experienced technician then came into room and was extremely rude to my fiancé and her mother, proceeding to tell them he can’t find the heartbeat with no empathy and then told my fiancé to go straight home and wait for the doctor to call her, when she should’ve been told to go straight to a hospital. Overall I’m truly disgusted by the lack of respect and the pathetic attitude by the technicians telling my fiancé she’s had a miscarriage. IF YOU WANT PROPER CARE AND TREATMENT DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC

The worst place to go for the pregnant ultrasound was all the results and measurements for the baby were wrong he but us in worst stressful time please don't go there

Staff are good and friendly, very helpful. No waiting periods. I always prefer to go to mountdruitt quantum radiology.

The receptionist Jenny was terrific. She understood my medical need and made an appointment for that day.
The doctor and ultra sound technical assisted me to be comfortable. They then almost painlessly aspirated my burser and performed the ultrasound assisted cortisone injection. I am so appreciative of gently way
they treated me. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff in reception are great. However, the one who did my mammogram is rude, careless and she was definitely in bad mood. She couldn't be dealing with people that are already facing big issue such as a cancer. I could see from other reviews that I am not the only one who complained about her rudeness.

Booked a scan in advance was told over the phone it would be ok to wait close to 50 min on the day and be told it's not possible such a bad experience

Over the last few days I have had the pleasure of attending your new facility in Mount Druitt. It isn’t often I would call medical appointments pleasurable however both times I was greeted warmly and openly by your reception team, then the young lady who created my plan was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything to me step by step, even explaining some details I wasn’t even aware of. She was friendly and very compassionate and had such a lovely manner, I actually mentioned to her she was in the perfect job. Credit where credit is due. Great work Quantum team!

Very poor customer service and patient care in Mt Druitt Branch.
I have gotten so much dishonest and misleading information
ANGELA the receptionist was so unhelpful, rude and unprofessional.
NIMISHA the radiologist declared to me that it is up to the doctor to accept or reject a 6 or 7 month ago CT scan done with the same branch one can accept it but another one can reject it!
So I had to redo my Neck CT scan and delay my cortisone injection while I was is in a severe pain
This is very unprofessional as this place don't have a standard everyone can follow.
I am very unhappy with this experience today.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND ZERO PATIENT CARE

Sorry but I have to inform you that today was my first time to go again to Mt Druitt branch since my bad experience on 07/01/2022.

I had injection at St Mary's branch on 02/02/2022 for lumber spine
and the doctor advised me that if in two weeks I have Symptoms of the pain, I will need another injection.

As I still have the Symptoms, so, while I was having my neck cortisone at Penrith branch on 21/02; I asked the reception to arrange the lumber spine injection for me,
I got the arrangement at Mt Druitt branch on Saturday 26/02 at 9: 30am and this will be three weeks away from my first injection at St Mary's on 02/02.

I went to the branch as per the appointment,
But on my procedures while I am on the CT Scan, the guy who was taking the scan for me informed me that the doctor BITWONG is saying there is no need for me to have the injection!

I asked to see Dr BITWONG, and he came to me saying, no point to give you the injection you need to go to your GP or you come after another month!

I clarified to him that St Mary's doctor mentioned that if after two weeks I still have the Symptoms; so I will need another one,
and I still have the Symptoms sometimes sharp pain in my lower back.

At the end, Dr BITWONG refused to give me the Injection for unknown and invalid reason and I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE TODAY AND THE VERY POOR PATIENT CARE!

First time here and Didn't enjoy my experience, came in 15mins early for my ultrasound appointment because they told me to, just to be waiting another 50mins to go in? Keep in mind that I am pregnant and I have a full bladder. I was dying to pee! 30mins had past and I kept asking the receptionist how much longer because didn’t want to re-schedule as I was already behind on my scans and she just looked at me with a stink eye, she was just so rude. I ended up waiting just over an hour and my ultrasound had to be rushed because I couldn’t hold my pee in any longer.

Overall the male doctor that took care of me was great, he was nice and made me feel comfortable as this was all so new to me.

Rude lady by the reception, she looks Indian. I am not discriminating but she had no approaching manners rude, impolite and no consideration for the patient coming in.
It is not an entertaining place for her to say who can talk or not that’s health center where people should feel welcomed and explain their case.
Anyway for quantum, you lost another customer, I will never come back there, unless that lady move away from mount druitt center.

In my opinion this hospital staff has no humanity, really disappointed with my recent appointment cancellation. Due to road accident traffic, I was delayed by 10 min for the appointment and also called the staff to inform about my delay but the staff didn’t care to understand my current situation and current scan importance and she was more keen to reschedule it as they have to close the hospital for new year celebration which seems more important than patient condition. They were times where patients were asked to wait for long hours and now they couldn’t wait for 10 min. Such people don’t deserve to be in hospital

Never knew about quantum radiology until I was referred by my gp for xray n ultrasound of my knee.such a helping and soft spoken team mount druitt branch has, I was in unbearable pain and the way they handled me and my pain was recommendable. I had to take steroid for my knee fluid and the way the team and doc worked was amazing. They informed me everything and the procedure went smoothly.can't thank them enough ️

Amazing experience for my wife Mavie who had angiography. The 2 ladies who assisted her were tremendously great from start to end. Apologies for not getting their names. The lady who took the vitals at the start was very patient in explaining how the procedure will be done. Both were very polite and caring. Making sure that she's comfortable with all the information provided and not overwhelmed on how the procedure will take place. The lady who administered her cannula was so skilled that she didn't feel a thing. A big thank you to you both. You absolutely bring pride to the company you work for and we need more of you.

I had my ultrasound done by Quantum Radiology. It has been more than 10 days and my GP still hasn't recieved the result. My GP called them 2 times and I called them about the result but unfortunately they couldn't send the result to my GP. Because of them I have to go 2 times to my GP to get the result. They wasted my time. Never go there again.
