Dr Penny is amazing! I initially took my eczema savaged son there as a skin emergency, he was in a terrible state with awful infection covering most of his body. Dr Penny and her lovely colleagues were so kind and patient and could see I was extremely stressed. She sorted us a treatment and care plan and got us back on track within a few weeks. My son’s eczema is the best it’s been since he was born! I honestly can’t thank Dr Penny enough and every time we drive by the centre, my son points and says ‘Dr Penny helped me’ (he’s 4!). Our lives have literally changed completely! I wish we’d found Dr Penny sooner as we had been to some average consultants before who were no help at all. Thanks again)

The service and staff was excellent, Dr Penny and Cindy Dai was really professional and had a lot of knowledge about how to treat a situation. Cindy did the skin treatment for me which was quick and painless, Cindy was a very nice surprise I would recommend her to my friends and family.

The staff at Pymble Dermatology are the best and nicest of any dermatologist. I’ve been to quite a few dermatologists but they weren’t very helpful. Dr Penny helped me out immensely, she’s very knowledgeable and I’ve finally gotten my skin under control. The nurses and receptionists are super kind and always so friendly it makes me miss going there! This place is a little bit further from where I live but I don’t regret it at all, I’m very grateful for all their help and would recommend anyone come here:)

I would like to voice my appreciation of my experience at Pymble Dermatology. I was first referred to Dr Lim last year about a skin lump on my arm. Dr Lim also made an assessment of all my skin and made a biopsy of a spot on my face that I hadn't even noticed. This was, as she suspected, an early BCC. Treatment procedures were organised in a timely way, and on review this year, all was well. The procedures were a bit uncomfortable; however, Dr Lim and the nurses were encouraging and kind throughout. I appreciate the friendly, kind, and efficient thoroughness shown in my treatment and in office procedures and communication. I will keep coming back for annual reviews and reminders to be sun-smart. This place is a perfect example of a remarkable customer service. The front desk service was great, the dermatologist was amazing, and the general atmosphere of this place was wonderful. It's extremely difficult to find any fault with this place.

I'll definitely be visiting again in the future if I ever need a dermatologist again.

I must say the practice provides exceptional services to its patients, exercising an elegant balance of professionalism, friendliness and effective treatment processes.
