Dr Yong Kho is an excellent doctor. He had great bedside manner, was detail oriented and provided a comprehensive management plan. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic.

My son developed some rashes and moles on his body. Sent an email to the clinic on Sun evening not expecting a reply till Mon. To my pleasant surprise received an email from the practice manager Lee-Tam 10 mins later to book us in the following day due to prior cancellation to see Dr Lim. As always, Dr Lim is thorough and friendly and importantly, knowledgeable. My son has seen Dr Lim over 3 years now.

Pymble Dermatology is an excellent practice providing an array of services associated with skin care. Dr Penny Lim is an exceptional specialist - very experienced, personable, detailed and caring. My family have seen Penny for different issues and she has provided great treatment plans for all of them.

Have being coming to this practice for many years, and the staff are always welcoming and make you feel at ease, even if undergoing a procedure. Everything is explained well in a way that you understand and there is good follow up.
There is easy access to the building from the footpath and it is handy to the rail station and parking can be found down the road or on the other side of the railway line.

I received keloid scar removal treatment from Dr Ruiz over two treatments with excellent results. She is highly knowledgeable on skin health and treatments. The practice is well managed and the staff are friendly.

Very caring and professional, they don't prescribe what's unnecessary and give you honest advice to choose best treatment. The doctor spent a good amount of time to diagnose the issue and explained different treatments to me.

The whole practice is very disrespectful and manipulative, they definitely take joy of playing patients. ‘Dr Teo’, the husband of Dr Lim sits at the reception desk is narcissist, manipulative and unprofessional (wonder why he isn't practicing). They are money hungry to a core, therefore, HCCC or Medical Council should look into their ethics and morals whether it represents the culture of this family business.

They are definitely desperate for money as they called me for the first appointment ad hoc asking whether I am happy to take the appointment for the same day 2pm and I agreed. The place is off a high way and very poorly located and still, they do not allow any room for patients in terms of time. None of the nation's top specialist practices have been practicing or treating their patients like that.

We have a new born baby, and my husband also has a very busy schedule as a doctor, before 10am both of us have already spoken to the practice that we are running late and we were asked when will we arrive and we said around 15 mins and if we arrive late, we will have to wait longer, we agreed. In fact, we arrived around 20 mins late around 10: 20am. (we had the appointment TOGETHER from 10am to 10: 30am. (just a routine second check-ups for me and a first appointment for my husband). We were told immediately we were late around 10: 20am and they will have to cancel and ask us to drive from Pymble back home to Mosman and come back around 1: 45pm. Interestingly, they asked a nurse to do a 'full-body' check ups which wasn't the purpose of visiting - in hindsight, I was very wise to declined as that's their manipulation. They were never planning to see any of us because we do not FIT into their scheme. Even I said I am happy to cancel my appointment that whether they are happy to see my husband, they said no. They could have told me BEFORE we come! They label us as 'late' when we arrive 10: 20am (we have the phone call proof)! I have never seen such a narcissist way of treating the patients in Sydney. This is Australia instead of a dictator's country. They have no empathy and morals as a medical practitioner and it is absolutely appalling!
