PRP Diagnostic Imaging Westmead

Dr Jones and his team performed a lung biopsy on me. All went well, the care and attention that I received was excellent. They are highly skilled medical professionals and the quality of their work is incomparable. The compassion they showed already eased a lot of my worry when I am anxiously waiting for the verdict. The team of Dr Jones deserves a rate of 10 out 10.

I went to the westmead PRP on monday, and girls at the reception are respectful and welcoming. Dr Jones and his team very kind.

Lovely caring people, who go out of their way to make your experience a nice one, I had a lung biopsy today the doctor (Dr Micheal Jones) and the young lady who looked after me, made the experience as pain free as possible and the doctor explained everything thoroughly.it eased my worry.so a great big thank you to all the staff!

Wife went in today for 32 week scan so we can get imaging for our first baby.
Ridiculous procedure prevents father's from attending scan due to Covid-19. Get real, we arrived together and we are going home together. This operating procedure needs to be amended. Other imaging places don't have the same request. Get real, get with the times. We have had no infections and businesses need to adapt quickly to the changing times and circumstances. Will go else where next time and pay someone else that has more common sense.

I had a biopsy in lungs a few weeks ago and Dr Jones and staff were terrific. The care and attention given to me was outstanding. What was going to be a scary visit turned out to be the most pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place. Thankyou so much.

Thankfully a good experience. The receptionist was very polite and friendly, she provided me with a mask as I didn’t have one. The sonographer Lily was (the best) caring, gentle and very professional. She had me relaxed throughout, talking and explaining everything as she went about the procedure. Definitely need more sonographers like her who know their job and do it really well.

BEST and most friendliest environment, very pleased with how the doctors assistant treated me and calmed me down as I was very anxious prior, after the procedure, was looked after well by the assistant and treated the way I should've been in the state I was in, I thank her very much

I’ve been to PRP Imaging twice in the last week. The reception ladies are really friendly & helpful. I couldn’t fault them. Five stars

Had such a long wait. Staff where rude pushy and unhelp full. When you walk into this depressing building there are people bellowing into headsets. Customers on seats that have there legs spread and look like there ready to die, although I can't blame them. I would want to die if I had to stay in there for much longer. It was just and awful experience. I would not reccomend this place to my friends

The lady in the x-ray room was nice. But the receptionists were bad. They were arrogant. I will never come to this place again no recommend to anyone who I know.

One of the receptionist was too rude and didn't find patience to listen what the client need to say.

Nelson was very nice to deal with and showed us our baby scan very thoroughly. The girls on the desk are progressional and polite

PRO service is excellent but On 10th of dec2018 time 12: 00 o’clock morning. Emili/Emini (ausie old lady) the lady who did ultrasound scanning (20weeks pregnancy scanning) to my wife, she’s very aggressive and better she has to take retirement.

Receptionist are really very rude and even don’t know any manners to talk to the clients. If you are a private patient, they extra charge on every visit you make for the same ultrasound, and when I asked them the reason they said because the size of your baby is grown since your last visit, therefore you need to pay more.previously it was $197 and after two weeks they charged me $250, just ridiculous

Very helpfull staff who were more than happy to accomodate my circumstances and also very understanding. Can't speak highly enough of them

This is worst clinic ever. They are too expensive and not cooperative at all. We were 10 munites late and spent over 15 munites in queue. They move the appointment at 4: 30 which is more than 3 hours waiting. They should let me know if you are late for 10-20 munites, you may face significant delay. With that much money I am not going to go there again. And can't find the reason why WWHC refer patients in that center. Loss in all the aspects. Time, Money and Happiness.

The staff are lovely and helpful. Had a great and informative experience with one particular sonographer Georgette.

We recently tried four Imaging places such as Carlingford Imaging (I Won't recommend anyone to go there!), Western Imaging (staff with less experience), Maxscan (Ashfield) and last PRP Westmead for pregnancy Ultrasound.

PRP Westmead is the best out of all four, with well experienced sonographer.who uses the good technology and tool to make sure women has less pain during the ultrasound. I won't name the sonographer here otherwise she will be more busy then doctor.

Staff were really rude over the phone and I would hate to see how the rest of the staff are. The lady that I spoke to wouldn't listen at all to what I was saying and made me not want to go to this place ever.

The sonographers very helpful and understanding better than wentworthville for sure.they talk to you assure u thats what we need in pregnancy ultrasounds.
