The staffs are very good and the service is really smooth and excellent. Highly recommended.

GPS showed different location and traffic was worst. With all the stress to find the parking we were assisted by lovely helpful reception to find the place. We are really glad that we were guided step by step to find the location.

Ultrasound was smooth, Polite and great customer service.

I was impressed by PRP'S professionalism, helpfulness, efficiency and kindness. I took my step mum for a PET scan today and the appointment went very smoothly thanks to all the wonderful staff at Westmead. The man guiding us into the car park was very kind and helpful. All the staff at Reception was very friendly and helpful especially the young lady. I also want to mention the young assistant Laura was so lovely and kind towards my step mum who doesn't speak English. She took the time to explain the procedure step by step which helped my step mum relax. The appointment occured at the smaller older office of PRP. However there's room for improvement in the larger newer PRP next door. I was surprised to find two unsmiling mature ladies at Reception who wasn't very helpful with our basic enquiry. Overall we received excellent service and I highly recommend PRP.

Booking was good. Reception ladies were excellent, polite, friendly and helpful. Doctors were good. Parking is a bit of a pain, had to wait to get a parking spot, and am disabled, had a bit of a walk, then you have to use a lift. There are 2 PRP places there, 1 of them is a bit longer walk if you are disabled.

The Worst Service from the admin staff uncapable of doing their job properly. Most Disgusting was Stephanie There's so-called manager Who was abrupt rude Full of attitude didn't even try to resolve an issue that her staff had caused instead wanted to raise her voice and have a screaming match, she is not fit for managing what so ever. Would never Recommend this place or feel comfortable to walk into this place ever again Disgusting.

Thanks to the staff, They helped me a lot. We went in emergency and they have done the test in short time. The Guy who did the ultrasound scan was very helpful and he explained about each and every step. Always recommended for this center

Do your research they are Rip off
They charge way too much and most of the time it’s bulk bill but they try to rip off people by charging gap.
I took my mum for injection they wanted to charge her extra $160 dollar from her pocket I went to other place didn’t pay a cent.
Try other places and you will see yourself.

Highly considerate and helpful staff. They booked a last minute request from us as we had to get our time sensitive nuchal scan done. Definitely recommend them if you want to have a peaceful experience handled by professional and friendly staff.

Been to this branch a few times over the last few years. Staff in the past were helpful, courteous and professional.

Wasn't that much of a pleasant experience with a radiologist that I saw today - no people skills whatsoever. I asked a few questions about the process, just given an abrupt response.

The ultrasound professional that I saw was helpful though.

It was my first time attending this clinic. The person doing my ultrasound was nothing short of great. I was told on the phone that my partner was allowed to attend the appointment with me, hence his day off work. Only to be told that he had to wait outside and could come in the last 5 minutes of my appointment. This should have been noted on the phone and not the misinformation I was given. The reception staff member that served me with pink hair, glasses and a Christmas headband, did not seem delightful in the slightest. She looked like she didn't want to be there and her attitude was way off. She debated with a lot of things I mentioned, even though she was not experienced enough or did not require to be told this information. Even when the sonographer came out and requested her to do a simple task in relation to me, she said she would 'try' and that it may not be efficient enough if it was left for too long. I had this discussion with the sonographer prior hence why she had asked the receptionist to do what was required. If it could not have been completed my sonographer who has a lot more knowledge and experience would have been the one to immediately tell me. These reception staff are simply receptionist, rather than questioning patients in an open environment who have a one vs one with the doctor, ultrasound tech and others they shouldn't be involved in what may be a sensitive topic. Overall, I'm very happy with my ultrasound tech, however that specific receptionist really did make my experience uncomfortable. Its unfortunate that she may not know the epitome of customer service, considering she is front of house. I can only feel for other patients who may be going in for a worrying or more sensitive scan.

Professional, polite, courteous, organized - would be the best way to summarize this place. From the moment you step in, they make you feel that you are being taken care off. Extremely proactive and caring receptionists. You seldom come across a place where every staff you meet are equally polite. My only indifferent experience was when I called for an appointment. That lady could have handled the call better. All in all an exceptional place. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service from the lovely lady on the front desk named Tracey. She went above and beyond what is ever expected. Tracey contacted the doctor herself to clarify what scan my daughter needed, happily and without any trouble. I highly recommend this imaging practice. Kind, happy and willing to help. Congratulations on the staff and management. Very impressed.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I was disappointed because I expected staff in noble professional setups like health and medicals would have some compassion.

I came here after a horrible experience at Medscan and was very nervous. But the sonographers at PRP Westmead were professional and kind. I came here on three different occasions. One scan showed something traumatic and the sonographer handled it well in her communication, respect and care for me (unlike Medscan Merrylands). I'd only want to have future scans here.
