Josh was professional and experienced, he went through the quote with us prior to carrying out the works the next day. The works were done efficiently too.

Was looking for a genuine Eastern suburbs emergency plumber and I’m thrilled to say I finally found one. They were on-site on time and did the work on budget.

The response was unbelievably quick and the plumber that arrived was well mannered and most efficient. Definitely would use this company again.

Simple tap repair. Allocated an hour window 1-2pm. Turned up at 4pm.
Even after calling to follow-up.
Charged $385 for the replacement of tap spindle, tap washer and taps. Probably won't use again.

Proximity Plumbing were fabulous in responding so quickly when I notified them of a bad leak at our house. Will came out within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and gave excellent advice and service. The leak was detected and isolated and the water flow stopped. His plumbers will return next week to complete the job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used Proximity Plumbing over the years for big and small jobs. From putting in new drainage to rectify flooding, to changing washers. Proximity Plumbing have been prompt, efficient and professional each time I have used them. Highly recommend them.

Guys arrived within time frame and were helpful and professional and repaired leaking seal in msin toilet outlet by wall.

With a leaking bathroom ceiling, we were impressed Proximity found the cause (our air conditioning) and didn’t charge a call out fee as it wasn’t a plumbing problem.

Josh was great, quickly able to identify the issue and fix it at the same time explaining how it happened and how to prevent it in the future.

We had leaking gutters which needed attention before the next bout of rain. The guys were able to complete the repairs on time and very professionaly. I thoroughly recommend them.

Great experience with the team! After a late night electrical failure on my hot water system, Josh was very quick to respond to organise a visit the next morning. He gave me a range of options for repair or replacement of the unit (across three different price/quality options). I cross checked prices online and the quote was as competitive as I could find.
The installation team were friendly with good workmanship. There was a slight leak from an adjacent sink pipe after they'd finished, but the team arranged to come out first thing the next morning to fix! Highly recommend!

Hi there I totally recommend this plumbing company! They wear a logo on their uniform and repaired the problem without too much flooding indoors as the assistant plumber apprentice was ask to help resident push excess water into drain on floor, whilst the boss was moving hoses etc back into work van! The realestate stated that after 7 calls to various plumbers emergency situation, the ones that answered and sent one of his team out within one hour eastern suburbs area was this company Proximity plumbing! As well I do hope they are successful on the quote they have sent to owner of property for major work on pipe clearing down in basement!

Problem: Water was trickling along the walls and then through the window gaps into the kitchen. I have to clean it repeatedly to prevent a pool forming there.

Rating: only star is for coming on time. I appreciate that, considering the weather situation that day.

Review: The individual appeared to be in some kind of rush. The issue wasn't analyzed properly and a temporary fix was attempted without much thinking. The windows were covered with plastic sheet without proper sealing. Esp at the top from where the water was trickling. Some sort of ledge or a barrier was needed to divert the trickle away to make it drip down. But he didn't care to seal the top part. Even I as a non expert I predicted the failure but still he did it and disappeared.

A great experience and highly recommend.
