The team at Property Me have been short of amazing to deal with, we had our rental department with another provider and since transition have found the assistance to be helpful, Jamieson from Property Me had also taken us through a help check and has been contacting us to ensure we are very on top of how to use the system, Jamieson is an absolute legend! I recently sold & merged my business with another local agent and enquired about the process of merging the data as the other agent had just subscribed to PropertyMe for this reason. PropertyMe then continued debiting full fees after the merge even though I alerted them a month prior to settlement. PropertyMe refused to refund the extra months of payments because they said I was still using their service. I understood we were on read only access as this is what I was told but they never swapped it across. I contacted my bank who investigated the matter thoroughly. The bank determined they had no cause to keep charging and reversed the charges. Out of spite PropertyMe blocked access to all the data needed for the business I sold the business to so they can look at any historical issues.

Since then PropertyMe & specifically Sarah Dawson are demanding I contact my bank to tell them they made a mistake and to reverse their recall on the incorrectly paid fees. They are also demanding an admin fee of hundreds of dollars.

The most disappointing aspect of the experience is that PropertyMe had no ability to transfer large amounts of our data from my account to the new business, leaving big holes in the ability to work effectively. Meaning the new business has to keep going back and forth from one read only subscription to that of the new business which increases the work load on staff enormously. They are now stating that after 60 days they will permanently block access to all the data of these landlords adn tenants.
This experience brings attention to the dangers of trusting a business that keeps all your data in the cloud without an onsite backup like we had prior to the cloud based system. PropertyMe are blocking access to data the legally have to provide under tax law and are using extortion to allow us to regain access.

Their program is great but don't try and break up with them or merge. They can't even merge all the data even when it is PropertyMe merging to another PropertyMe account. I settled my business in September 2022.

PropertyMe have said we need to download any data we need within 60 days after which time they will make it unavailable, but can't tell me how they expect, me to do this as they can't even transfer the data to me themselves.

They have you agree to their terms and conditions to subscribe, the website stating last updated 2019 which is false as the terms have been changed multiple times since then eroding the subscribers rights. They state they will let us know when the terms are updated but have never done so.

The comment below in the response about my team member working on properties last week is a blatant lie as the subscription has been read only since October and was requested on the phone with my PropertyMe rep to go to read only as at September 1st

I work at Nicholas Scott Real Estate. Our company recently made the switch to Property Me. All the staff have been amazing thus far but i want to make a special mention to Amanda Loudoun. Amanda has been absolutely fantastic as our on boarding consultant. Amanda never missed a beat, was always happy to help and had such a friendly and bubbly approach. I would highly recommend her for all new clients as she has made our transition super easy.

I dealt with Danielle personally. I found her very patient and knowledgeable whilst being a genuinely lovely person.
We are very happy with our setup and feel confident moving forward with our new software.

I recently joined PropertyMe after being recommended by a colleague. I was trained and set up by Virginia Wong who was very helpful along the way and got me through a lot of hurdles which were very stressful at the time but we eventually got there through persistence. I am glad to have PropertyMe on my side as it seems to be easy to use the more I use it.

@Virginia Wong. Virginia helped us out with the initial on boarding. She was really professional and friendly to deal with. Always understanding of the time difference for us and accommodating. She helped us through all the stages and made sure that we are all well aware on how to use each and every component of Property ME before the final call. It was a stress free and smooth process for transition to Property ME.

We've been using PropertyMe for 6 weeks now and must say loving it. It was recommended to us by some wok colleagues so we've decided to give it a go and no regrets. Being from accounts department and not needing to deal with tons of printed statements and attachments at the end of the month is an absolute pleasure.
I also would like to point out Amanda (our on boarding support lady) she is an absolute star. She made our migrating process very smooth and stress free. Amanda was always there to answer any questions and supported us through our journey from A to Z. It's been an absolute pleasure working with her every step of the way. Thank you!

Good software, probably no better than any other.
I have found their support Ok but eager to hand pass to a third party at your cost. I had had dealings with Lawrence and found his condescending attitude unacceptable and not even assessing the information required.
Would I switch to them - probably not. Wish I hadn't

There is always some hesitancy when it comes to changing over years of data to a new system but our transition has been smooth and well supported. Matilda has been helpful, friendly and accommodating to all of our questions, thanks so much. We look forward to a long working relationship with the PMe team.

We recently changed over to PropertyMe and cannot recommend highly enough! The weekly check-ins made what was a new and daunting process easy, comfortable & exciting. The system is easy to navigate and once set up makes work more efficient & simpler. We have found the knowledge hub and The help desk amazing Our on-boarding consultant, Matilda was outstanding and was able to answer any queries we had in a timely and concise manner, as well as taking the time to walk us through anything we were less confident with. Overall this has been an excellent process and we are absolutely thrilled with the new system!
