We recently transferred to Property Me and are very happy with the software.

The onboarding was seamless thanks to Danielle who did a great job of guiding us though the experience.

I put a maintenance request in, the real estate was able to change the request date and subsequent rejection date altering the file under the activity tab in my Tenant page. Tried to contact this company to request a copy of my original entry. The response was essentially talk to the real estate we cannot access the page ourselves. When queried why they were allowing the real estate to change dates on my tenant page, which is almost being complicit to Fraud they advised to talk to the Real Estate.
The only number available is external reception. They cannot,
1. Transfer to a team leader
2. Escalate your call for any assistance.
3. Provide details for a manger or head office.
4. Provide customer service at all.
5. Essentially help with anything but sales.
They refer you to technical support who only communicate by email. The tech support email recipient did not understand my request and refused to pass my query on to a team leader or another staff member. In fact, after repeating my request three times via email, they simply stopped responding.
This app also Provides a service that you can pay rent directly through. Considering the above, and lack of support over a genuine enquiry, the fact the real estate can essentially fraudulently change dates leaving a tenant with no documentation showing dates for breaches etc and this company cannot provide basic assistance, Transfer calls to complaints departments or even Provide a number to speak with their head office. Leaves little faith financial details would be safe. Would not recommend!

Have recently completed the onboarding experience with Matilda after transitioning from another software program. It has been completely stress free, seamless and the support I have received from Matilda as well as other members of the support team at Property Me has been exceptional. Matilda has a very genuine and approachable nature and I always felt at ease when having her assist with any initial "teething" issues I was experiencing during the transition phase. She is definitely a significant asset to the Property Me team!
Really enjoying how easy the Property Me interface is to navigate and have found their functionality comprehensive whilst also very user friendly. The live help chat has been invaluable and the knowledge base provides a wealth of information to allow independent trouble shooting which is essential to knowing the ins and outs of the software!

Our onboarding experience with Property Me was excellent. Danielle was very patient and was prepared to spend a lot of time with us to ensure that every aspect of what we were doing was checked and that we understood the processes. Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of onboarding with Property Me and specifically Putu who has been our support every step of the way. Putu was on-hand whenever was needed, without the slightest hesitation and with a pro-active approach to not only look at the current picture but help us set up the system for our future growth.

Highly irritated, they forced 2 factor authentication with no prior warning to an inactive email address. Rang to try and resolve and received call center twice, neither able to help me with support issues. Left phone number for callback, received no callback all day. All support is apparently online, and you cannot access support without the 2-factor authentication. If you have an immediate problem that needs resolution PropertyMe is not the solution for your business.

Subscribing to PropertyMe has been the easiest and best decision I have made for my Commercial office. Danielle made the introduction and training so easy. She was so patient with me and was very supportive! The program is so simple to use, customised for my usage and I absolutely love the Knowledge Base component. Highly Recommend PropertyMe!

Another platform addressing a non-existant problem and in fact only adding to one i.e. Filling up my inbox with useless automated emails. Even worse, they spam my mobile with texts also. If there is a significant issue, I will be notified, otherwise I do not need my inbox to be cluttered. I have asked my property manager to remove me, and yet the emails keeping coming. I have now also clicked unsubscribe and will see if that helps.

I am very apricate for her great help and very happy with propertyme outstanding service. I will definitely recommend Propertyme to all my Real Estate friends. Virginia was an Angel. Ideally suited to holding hands of newbies and calming them down. Extremely knowledgeable re the system, and more importantly able to articulate in a calm and patient manner. Saying goodbye to on-boarding was like losing my 'linus blanket'. Thank you Virginia - made a very stressful changeover (in my mind) into a an enjoyable experience.

Just finished onboarding with Virginia, what an amazing difference having someone genuine, caring and patient makes - everything was clearly explained, nothing was too much trouble.

A huge contrast to last software system I used. Wish I had made the change years ago, I would have saved so much money and frustration, and it's so nice dealing with pleasant, honest, ethical people.

Thank you Virginia and thank you Property Me, you deserve to be Australia's biggest property management software provider. Best by a country mile.

User beware!
My real estate agent for my investment property used this software. Everything was fine until the agency was sold and the new proprietor used a different provider.
I want to delete my account and details but it has been three weeks now and they keep coming up with excuses not to do it. In these days of cyber security breaches I deem it essential to keep my details safe and delete when and if I want to.
