Highly recommended! If I could give 6 stars I would! Ben delivered over and above in every area, he is a great communicator with a sharp mind. We are really glad we went with Ben from Professionals Bathurst, his tenacity and willinginness to go that extra mile gave me comfort that we would get the best deal on the market. My wife and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and have already recommended Ben to family and friends. We definitely will be using him again in the future.

I gave a months notice and allowed the real estate into my home to inspect whenever notified (also to lease out again). I paid 2 cleaners to clean the property in which i cleaned a further 4 hours after them to go over the complete property as it still isnt good enough, i paid a gardener to do the yard, i paid a carpet cleaner to do the carpets and i paid to have the place fumigated at their request and now they are arguing that the house isn't clean enough and that the owner will be taking some of my bond for scratches on the back door which they are accusing my 2 little dogs of doing. Mind you the scratches are behind the door handle aswell so go figure. I left the house in a better state then when i moved in (i also have photos for proof) and i have been more than patient. I am still fighting bathurst real estate for my bond and will be taking them to the tribunal if they continue this cherade. DO NOT RENT from bathurst real estate as they will expect a 5 star clean and for you to spend more than half your bond to achieve it. I have done everything right and yet they are threatening to take my bond. I'm not giving up without a fight!
