She was helpful throughout the process; from organising an inspection for our family, negotiating purchase price, and liasing with both parties' solicitors leading up to exchange of contracts. Never in my life have I had such a poor customer service experience through a real estate agency. Particularly with Charlotte, who failed to notify me before the xmas/ny break that the property I applied for had been leased. Offering to help me find another, I applied for a seperate property which she managed. 3 weeks I waited before she presented applications, to which she *noticed* I had a dog (something I had discussed openly and declared on my rental admission). She stated the owners would not accept pets and suggested I give my dog away to someone. I was shocked as the property advertisement did not indicate a no pet policy - perhaps another oversight. I am still waiting on a call from her to confirm whether my dog would be considered by the owners - 4 days later. Poor communication, lack of transparency and certainly not 'professional'. Do yourself a favour and give these mob a miss. Plenty of other kind and respectful estate agencies can be found in Bathurst and Orange.

An excellent level of Professionalism from start to finish. A high degree of Communication meant that we always felt informed of everything that was happening. Brent and the Team were all enthusiastic in all their dealings with us, and the Marketing and Support was Top Draw. Highly recommend people using Professionals Bathurst in buying or selling a Home. They are not really professionals, as they mentioned Professionals Bathurst, very Bad experience with them. Waited for too long to respond for an offer, and I ended up $$ 3 grand lost due to them. Not really recommended

Ben sold us our property in 2017 and been consistently in contact with us since, helping us with market values and contacts for renovating. When we listed our house for sale we made the mistake of not continuing our relationship with Ben and tested another agency. After 90 days of consistent offers at the exact same level well below asking and poor marketing, we approached Ben and the team to save us. That they did, we achieved a selling price exceeding our expectations and $50k more than that last agent.
Do not make the mistake we made, by listening to agents that tell you want to hear to get the listing, and then drop the ball.
