The more senior front desk lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the jr was not so knowledgeable or helpful.

We were tenants with Brooke Godwin managing the property. She was professional, responsive, proactive and fair. Would recommend Brooke to landlords; her inspections were thorough and she had great communication with us as tenants.

Wouldn’t give them any stars.really bad real estate to deal with! They take their time on any repairs completly stuff you around when moving house. NEVER RENT here save you a headache, please. They will try every possible trick to retain your bond, completely fraudulent.

My son was a tenant when he had a terrible car accident on his way to work and Careflight took him to Brisbane. I called Brooke and told her, informed her he had 6 fractured vertabrae, broken ribs and collar bones, dislocated shoulder etc, He would be coming home in a wheelchair, and because he was unable to even hold a phone, I didn't think he would be able to log in to internet banking for a while, and may fall behind in his rent. Brooke didn't attempt to contact him at all, instead called me looking for money. She evicted him the very moment the option became available to her. Even though he was still in ICU in Princess Alexandra in Brisbane. Sent him a letter saying she would inspect between 2-3pm so my son asked me to be there, I waited for almost the full hour before a neighbour told me she'd already been there at around 9am that morning. Brooke knew my son was in hospital and she could just let herself in whenever she felt like it. My son is still recovering in hospital, it's been four months now. I'm willing to bet my life savings that Brooke blacklisted him with TICA and he won't be able to get another rental property in the private market. If you are a tenant I recommend you try EVERY other agent in Armidale before you go here, these people could not care less about you, only your money.

As new renters, who are normally home owners, Jeanie Supple has been the most wonderful property manager, going above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. She is knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Our move would have been much harder without her guidance and personal support. Jeanie has not only cared for us but also for the needs of our indoor cat, who needed pet-friendly accommodation. The reception team has also been terrific. Brooke, our property manager, is absolutely wonderful. We have recently had a bad tenant and Brooke has taken care of EVERYTHING for us, including insurance claims, tradespeople to fix damages and so on. Very much disappointing and unresponsive after hour service. Yesterday evening, call few times on after hour number, sent voice mail but till now (Morning 8: 00AM), no one respond. Had a problem with water leakage above kitchen window but no one respond even emergency plumber was not in a position to come as he said he was out of town. Not happy with service and sorry to say, i can't give you a single star!

I have purchased and sold property majority of times and have found Professionals Armidale a cut above all other agencies. They are professional, honest and do what they say they're going to do. If you are looking to sell, buy or even lease, I would highly recommend Professionals.
