We have been with this 'Professionals Armidale' for the last four years, and it has been an incredible journey. We live in Sydney, NSW, and never have to worry about the investment property in Armidale, as we get the best possible care from Kyle Garrahy and Jeanie Supple.
Jeanie knows the market inside out and is always happy to provide feedback and updates. Her efforts in dealing with contractors to make our life easier are exceptional, and she deserves credit for her good deeds.

Some miscommunication in between changes of agency, but more than willing to help me and the landlord through the process to rectify everything and move on.

Horrible to rent from, sent them many maintenance requests none were acted upon, though when I was leaving picked up on every little detail including making me return to the premise to clean a smudge from outside a window. One all was well they said they would release bond 2 months later they never did so had to go through the tenancy board because they couldn’t be bothered to respond to attempts at contacting them for it.
Horrible experience, will never rent from them again!

Wow what an experience! I have dealt with Professionals Armidale for 3 years so far. I bought my home through Professionals Armidale and they made the experience so enjoyable and easy. We decided to rent the house out and they looked after it answering any questions through phone or email and have always been easy to contact and always get back to me on the same day. Any agent can look after an investment property but you really know how good they are when things go a bit sideways. My tenants moved out without any notice just went into the office and handed the keys in because they bought a house. They left the house spotless but I had no tenants. The team at Professionals were right onto it they called me straight away and arranged advertisements to re rent it out arranged an open home within the same week and showed any future potential tenants through the house and gave them all ample time to apply for the rental and treated them all with professionalism and before I knew it the house was re-rented without a worry. We recently concluded our lease of a property that we rented through Professionals. Tiffany Staples was exceptional to deal with from the very beginning through to the end, as was Jonathon McAteer. Tiffany has managed our investment property for the past 4 years. In that time we have never had a period of time with no tenants. Tiffany was fantastic last year when Armidale experienced that unbelievable hail storm. She dealt with anxious landlords and supported our tenants at the same time. We felt at ease very quickly as Tiffany arranged all necessary repairs and inspections after the storm. Tiffany is the best property manager we have ever had looking after us. Tiffany genuinely cares about both landlords and tenants. In regards to the Sales team Kyle was always available during the sales process and was knowledgeable about the market in Armidale. From the first contact with the office inquiring about the rental property through to our recent departure, Tiffany and the whole team at The Professionals have been amazing. They are professional, personable and responsive. We have been very happy here and if we were not relocating interstate, would stay with this agency and would always seek to rent through again.
