We used Private Fleet to purchase our new Isuzu MUX. There was very little we had to do except make the call. They got us a good deal and organised everything on our behalf till we drove away. Great Job PF.

For all people trying to buy a car through Private Fleet, DON'T.

1. After we have made the payment for the car, no follow-ups have been made and the after payment service has been indespicable.

I crucially don't recommend this company.

They used to be a legitimate business. Now a scam works with an ABN. Had bought two cars from them in the past. If they ask for your credit card number, run!

Great to deal with. This is my second purchase through Private Fleet. Got me the car I wanted, when I wanted it and at a price I could not negotiate by myself. I was given lead times of over 4 months by dealerships but got mine in time for the new financial year

One of the rudest salesman I have run into and definitely had the used car mentality. His messages were simply unacceptable and does nothing for the industry. Nicholas really does need to attend some customer service training.

I used Private Fleet for the purchase of ou new Kia Sportage Gt line. I was very satisfied from my initial phone call until the arrival of the vehicle. We received the vehicle way faster than expected and were constantly kept in form of where we were upto. Would recommend them for anyone wanting to buy.

We recently purchased a new vehicle, and were very pleased with the service received. Each person we spoke with was polite and efficient. From our initial discussion with Robert Norris, to the assistance we got from Nikita Pussell, Private Fleet made the purchase of this vehicle very easy. Once we had contact with Danica from the dealership, the wonderful service continued, right through to delivery of the vehicle from Dave. This is the first time we have used Private Fleet, but it will not be the last.

Contacted them to see if used could get a better dewl. I had already been to dealer and asked if used privatefleet if they could beat based o n current deals. Told me no and proceeded to tell me a story about a neighbour that had arranged a car to payed $500 more than retail to get car. He said go back to dealer and buy. I got another few hundred dollars off, so almost 2.5k off price. Then got repeated emails from this company. I again nformed them had bought. Told them to stop but again this continued. Just do not go away and from my experience better to negotiate yourself and save the thousands yourself, or try another car broker that will not continue to harass you after telling tthem o stop and continues after 8 emails. So for future customers beware cause this company does not understand the word stop.

You can be assured that you will be getting a fleet discount for your new car and a good, reasonable price for your trade. New car with a full tank of fuel, delivered to your place or collect from dealer.

I recently purchased a new car using Private Fleet and found the car-buying process to be very easy, efficient and enjoyable. This service was especially helpful during a time where vehicle stock is very scarce; Private Fleet were able to source me a vehicle with the specifications I requested and communicated on my behalf with the dealer. I would definitely recommend Private Fleet.

They didn't achieve any benefit for us, understanding that we are in crazy car purchasing times, they weren't able to get any discount or faster delivery time for a vehicle. You will have a better chance getting a car faster and a discount or added extras by going through a dealership.
