Do not deal with Printech. Even if contract says month to month and you cancel. It takes 100 requests to TRY and cancel (emails and calls) and over 18 months later you will still receive invoices and calls even if you have been told multipe times it has been cancelled.

Excessive “ Bi-Annual Admin Fee as per Terms & Conditions”. Never disclosed by sales representative when signing up, except hidden away in the fine print. Can never get the reading correct when billing and always seeking refunds for overcharging or even charges not associated with my account. They continue to take direct debits from my account when I’ve asked them to switch to EFT payments because I can’t trust their billing department

All thanks to Leon for resolving our printer issues. We were having heaps of issues with our printer for months. We have been liaising with printech solutions for many months and no one was able to resolve the problem like Leon. Leon is such a great character, so friendly. He inspected the printer and computers to indicate the issue and was able to resolve the issue instantly. Not only did he insure the issue was resolved, he also went through each and every step in details teaching my team and I how and what to do if we were to ever experience the same issues again. He ensured the printer was operating like a brand new printer would before leaving the office.

It was a great pleasure to deal with Liwaa and Leon from Printech when they came to install the new printers for us today.

My brilliant experience with Printech started with George who took the time to understand our business needs and match them with a practical solution at a competitive price.
