51A true 10/10 experience. James and his team's professionalism is second to none. James arrived at our workshop within 10 minutes of contacting him and had his team install a printer. Thank you James and Avo for making this such a seamless and smooth process for us here at ARA Engine Reconditioning.
Yousif, Layth and Avo from AOTech installed 6 printers at different locations. We are very impressed with the service and all printers.
The technicians were on time, courteous and very professional during the installation process.

Never get connected with their accounts, no calls answered, no emails replied but sent you wrong invoices. The online callback system, scheduled time to wait for callback, but never happened with no notification. It's was okay for the first year, then it came with invoices issues and no supports. Very disappointed.
Yousif was very professional & my printing issues were fixed quickly & easily. Highly recommend.

Worst company, they are very unprofessional and there prices are not worth the time and effort they put in
Please do not sign with this company. Once signed they send out invoices that have charges out of no where
(example bi-annual fee, PPI fee (?)
These dont even get mentioned by the person that signed you up so they can put in any fine print in the contract.
Been trying to deal with Accounts
(Tamara) every month by emails, calls to no valid. Its so stessful that something as simple as having correct invoice every month can not be possible and telling them to fix it is even a more impossible task.
Absolutely a great company to work with. Kept all their promises and followed through on a very difficult payout situation. Staff are extremely professional and friendly. Attentative to all printer and photocopier needs. Have been with Printech for 3 years now and will continue to remain with them for future leases and services.

! STILL CHARGING US AFTER WE PAID THE SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR PAYOUT FIGURE TO CANCEL CONTRACT! NEVER EVER use this company. We were with this company for around 3 years in this time we had nothing but trouble with this company, printers are always braking down, never fixed properly they changed our printer over just for the new printer to be faulty also. Staff members always promise things that they don't back up, an also never return your calls as promise. We paid a payout figure to cancel the contract yet they continue to charge our account. Absolutely appalling service provided by printech and I highly advise against anyone using their services.
I wish I could give less then 1 star. I would never recommend any business or person use this. The service is horrible, I was stuck with a printer that was not working for almost 8 weeks and still charged during this period. I called messaged and emailed multiple times and was always left waiting they never got back to me and I was always chasing them. So you don’t think this is a false review I spoke with Dion my account manager, Tamara from accounts and even James the director and all parties were less then helpful. I asked to cancel my services due to such poor service and they are trying to charge me $4,559.03 to get out of my contract.
Absolutely appalled by the services provided by this company.
Their printers are second hand, outdated and of rubbish quality with us constantly have technicians out TRYING to repair them, which is always a quick and easy fix until they are back the following week to repair the SAME issue time and time again.
After purchasing our printers outright from Printech we organised a service agreement with them. All was well initially. The last 9 months however have been a nightmare. Charges have skyrocketed, I cannot get answers for $250 "service charges" on our invoices when there has been no service. I cancelled our agreement 2 months ago and have been ignored. Direct debits continue to come out of our bank account even though I have demanded they stop. A colleague accidently paid 2 Invoices by EFT as well as them being paid by direct debit. I have been trying to get refunded since January. I have wasted so much time it is a joke. Nobody answers the phone and nobody responds to emails. I am absolutley furious and disgusted. Latest Invoice came in with NIL payable and yet $200 was taken from our bank account. If I can ever finally break ties with this Company I will never use them again! Be aware of the $350 annual Admin fee that you don't get told about as well! I should be charging them for all my time for their extremely poor customer service and incompetence!

Excellent service and very friendly! Lawrence has proven himself to be very professional and gets problem solved immediately. I would definitely recommend this company for any printing management, NBN or finance.
