Priceline Pharmacy Chatswood

Was looking at some make up products and i was approached by one of your friendly staff Azzy. Azzy was very helpful and so patient with me as i couldn’t decide on so many things that day. I am so happy with my purchase and i am surprise with the service provided.excellent service, and would definitely come again. Thank you Azzy!

The Chatswood priceline is located at the same level as coles supermarket near the escalator in Westfield.

Azzy was extremely helpful in recommending the products suited for my needs. He made the shopping experience enjoyable. The recommend the brands based on his experience and also taught me various ways to utilise the product. I'd go back to this Priceline just because of him.

Azzy has such a wonderful knowledge of products, incredibly helpful & a real, nice bloke! Exceptional person, as is the lady who is his colleague.

All the staff is really helpful and approachable especially Ezzy he is very friendly and guides for the right products everytime I go there.

Azzy is absolutely awesome-if you need help with choosing makeup or skincare products, he's your guy!

Had an amazing experience with the worker called Cleo! She had amazing customer service and was patient when we were asking questions.

Very disappointed at Priceline Chatswood Westfield. I got urgent purchase needed. Rang the store at 8: 54pm, was told will close in 5mins, arrived there at 8: 56pm, but the gate was fully closed and three ladies was talking at the counter ignored me.

Took overseas visitors here today to pick up some face creams and met Azzy as he asked if we wanted some assistance. Have never met such amazing staff at Priceline before, where I would even want to send feedback! He is extremely knowledgeable, genuine and super fun as he was introducing us to all the latest and most popular products. Would definitely come back to this store just for him! Thank you for the samples as well. You are absolutely amazing!

Azzy was amazing! Was really struggling with some skin issues and he pointed me towards some amazing products which have already dramatically changed the redness of my skin. So glad I came in on that day!

Went in store undecided about what I’m meant to be getting.bumped in to Azzy who is basically a guru of all things skin. Azzy was so helpful he recommended products I hadn’t considered and I’m not disappointed by any of my purchases. His advice is on point. I walked in for a BB cream and asked Azzy for help, i walked out with 8 products thanks to his experience and knowledge. He went out of his way for me, going upstairs to bring me what he knew would be best for my skin. He was absolutely amazing. The most competent consultant i have ever dealt with. Thanks to Azzy for the amazing customer service! His knowledge and suggestions are very helpful but not forceful. I liked that he has available tester and hygienic way of trying it out.
Also the rest of the staff in this branch are quite friendly and approachable.

Azz is absolutely fantastic - have never had someone so knowledgeable help me with recommendations for skincare and makeup. Ended up buying some great products - will be back to him when I need more.

Azzy, the shop assistant, is just the best. He helped voluntarily while I was checking for a make-up and suggested a good product for my skin. He’s very friendly & seems like he really enjoys his job.

Excellent customer service. The shop assistants were proactive in offering customers assistance, which is rarity in most stores.

I bought face mask from this store for $32.99 and same store in Chatswood chase selling for $19.99. Stay away from this pharmacy.

MIXED REVIEW

New pharmacy upstairs at Chatswood Westfield.

Pharmacist behind counter couldn’t have been more helpful. Absolutely lovely and went out of her way with my medicines.

However, blonde Sales woman on cash register didn’t want feedback. None of us in line could work out which way the line went, so I politely let her know.

Her response? ‘You’ll need to talk to management about that. ’ What a stupid response in this day and age. NPS much?

So I said, surely you can pass that onto management. She didn’t like that one bit.

The whole time she was very defensive and her tone of voice was very much like - how dare I give feedback.

So very mixed reviews.

Compared with more of the Priceline store, Chatswood store I feel the best one.
They would keep nice to ask you do you need any help. Not like others Priceline just don't want to help you.especially the casher, they are really nice.
Because I have been to World Square store, Chatswood store gets me a surprised.
