Plus Fitness Glenmore Park

Awesome well equipped gym with very helpful and friendly staff. The gym is very well set out with plenty of equipment. There is a really good functional fitness area, 2 deadlift platforms and a massive rig. Heaps of cardiovascular equipment including a Ski ERG. Very glad I joined.

Great gym, good range of equipment, easy access and location, always a comfortable vibe for the serious fitness fanatics and those of us just trying to keep our old joints moving.

Only a recent joinee, a few months ago, but I'm loving it, there's a massive variety of equipment for anything you wanted to train, and if you come at the right time it's pretty much free reign of the equipment too.

Always like training here, been a member since they opened. Staff are always friendly, place is almost always clean and tidy, and has a good selection of machines and free weights. Top gym.

I joined this gym in December 2019 to get stronger and healthier which i have felt a big change in my overall health amd well being. Never have had to really wait for a machine, great atmosphere and the equipment and gym is always clean!

I love this place. Even thought I take a 1 hour travel to get here, I prefer this plus fitness over all the ones in my neighbourhood. I feel no judgement at all. I can walk and do what I need to and feel good about it.

This gym is such a great gym to train at, staff are super friendly and helpful, my favourite gym to train at ‍️

Been coming here for a few months now.
This gym is dirty, hands are always left with sticky dirt after using the equipment. Toilets/bag boxes look like they havent been cleaned in weeks, bins always full, never any hand paper towels and even sometimes no hand wash.

They only have 1 set of each weight of dumbbells.

Weights are left laying on the ground everywhere. There are at least 2-4 employees around but ive only ever seen them clean up on saturdays.

This place needs a visable clean roster, more sanitizer locations, communal deodorant, and more bumbbells.

Great gym with helpful and knowledgeable staff. The recent upgrades have made the gym bigger and the inclusion of more machines means there is no waiting for equipment.
I love the weekly and monthly challenges and the free breakfasts are a nice touch

This is a well equipped 24/7 gym, clean, bright airy outlook. The staff are friendly & professional.

Great customer service, staff are always down to helping you with your techniques including those side curls I can never get them right!

Joining Plus Fitness Glenmore Oark was the best thing I ever did & has completely transformed my life. The staff & trainers are fantastic as is the range of classes & equipment they have.

No good for me, initial complimentary assessment was very short and of no use, trainer was very preoccupied and uninterested, shower/toilet facilities were always missing something, soap wash/paper towels, yoga class was under bright lights with again didn't want to be there instructor, yoga mats terrible/old with holes in them, the list could go on and on, no classes on weekends.

Great having a 24hr gym in our local area - don't need to leave Glenmore Park to work out.
