This Gym is always clean and tidy! It’s got everything you need for good workout and great group classes too.

Vinnie is a good bloke. Always happy to have a chat and knows everyone by their names. Good size gym with the right equipment.

The staff at this gym are super nice and helpful. They always go the extra mile to assist in anything you need. The equipment is top of the line and always clean. The prices are very good. The personal trainers are hard working and care about their clients. You don't find many gyms like this, especially in sydney. I highly recommend it.

Great staff, equipment and love the fact they are strict on towels and personal hygiene.
Personal trainers are the best I've seen as they are very pro active with clients and from what I could hear they all (3) actually care about their clients. Highly recommend this facility!

Gym is a bit small and dosent have alot of equipment, at peek hours its really hard to workout as most of the equipment is busy

Great and friendly atmosphere. None of the typical "macho-ness" that are found in other gyms. Vince and his team are always happy to help out with spots, chats and all around advice. And for the price - heck you cant go wrong! Keep it up guys!

A nice, quiet gym with fabulously friendly staff. Pay a very reasonable price with no lock in contract - what's not to love.

Great relaxed gym, which is run by the friendly and welcoming owner, Vince.
No muscle-heads to put up with and exactly what you need if you just want to go in and punch out a workout.
I don't use the personal trainers, but work-mates do and they always give them a good rap.

Great experience all around - the tidiest and cleanest gym you would ever go to. Pleasure to work out there especially at night - even better when all the weights can be found in where you expect them to be.
Parking is really good especially after 6pm or all day on weekends.

Management is friendly and personable while always available for a chat.

Prices are cheaper than most gyms and is definitely value for money

The best Gym I have been too and I have experienced a few, Vince the owner is helpful and my trainer Jeremy meets my expectations and understands my needs. I have a few injury's and an illness and he has written out a great plan which helps the issues I have. I have found everyone to be friendly and its just a great feeling gym to be a part of.
