Small little gym for a quick workout.nothing more. Walked up to the staff station and they just ignored you. Seems like they don't spend money to upkeep this place. Everything is falling apart most treadmills don't work properly, the vinyl on benches are crumbling away. Well you get what you pay for. Would cancel the membership and go with a proper gym that actually looks after people.

Great little gym, has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Being quite small it can get crowded easy and may find yourself waiting for machines. Love the signage and rules regarding hygiene and returning your weights. Some still refuse to put them away though. All in all, great value, 24 hour gym.

Prices of membership are by far the best for value of money. The facility was in pristine condition. State of the art facilities and thorough, good hygiene is taken seriously.

It’s a nice clean, hygienic, well planned and has all the essential equipment required for a good workout. The staff is friendly.
The only problem is the paid street parking. As a result the best time to visit is before 7 am or after 7 pm.

Not the best place but if someone lives near, then its just alright option.
They need to upgrade their cleaning and maintenance. The place needs to be more fun place for better experience.

The cleanest gym I have been to in the last few years.
The owner is very helpful and understanding.
The PT staff are top notch and the equipment is well maintained.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a new gym to train at. I thought a few days free trial pass was almost offered in most gym business but instead was quoted $20 per visit to try out the gym? Mate, how do you expect anyone to pay that?

Everything was in working order, found what I needed to do my sets. Might have just been the time and day I went in, but a lot of guys dropping their weights on the floor after a set, and some still doing it after being told off!

My friend and I signed up for this gym together and we were told that we can cancel our membership anytime before the fortnightly payment and they would not debit our account from that date. My friend cancelled his membership about 6 weeks ago and it went smooth. Today I cancelled it and they said that I should have given two weeks notice. Their policies varies from person to person. Very disappointed!

Whoever was there today was very very rude and obnoxious. Unlikely I will go into this particular gym again.

Friendly staff and very clean. Wish I could train at macquarie park everyday rather than other centres.

Very hard to cancel your membership especially when you have a life crisis and not in a good mental state ripped me off $780 recommend not signing up to plus fitness ever with their no refund policy will be seeking legal advice for sure. Business robbery is the term

Rubber floors, 2 Squat racks, Friendly staff and a solid overall layout. Sums up this conveniently located gym in the heart of Macquarie park business district.

During staffed hours they have an outdoor area for training in which is great for circuits and most of all, being able to train outside with some fresh air is a nice addition to the gym.

Best gym! Showers are clean despite other members asking for conditioner Owner is extremely friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Signs and rules everywhere! This is the most unfriendly gym I've ever seen and the staff never say hi or goodbye and make you feel like an intruder. There are only 3 showers and in the morning you'll be waiting for ages to get changed. It's tiny and the equipment is old and dated. The worst thing was one day I was doing a superset and left the weights on for 5 seconds and I got told off straight away by the PT that I need to put the weights back. See ya later, I'm never coming back to Plus fitness Macquarie Park!

Best gym! Always immaculately clean and staff are so friendly. Feels like you’re training at home, such a comfortable environment!
