The movers got to our office a bit late and had a bit of a communication issue with the management of the building, thereafter we were a bit apprehensive, but once that was sorted out the whole move was fine. We are going to use them again once we are ready to move out of storage!

Terrific service, very impressed with the the hard work shown by the entire team. Restless, I had to "force" them to stop to have lunch, they have not taken any smoke break, they just got on with the job from start to finish. Heavy and delicate contents to be moved, all done in a proper manner. I could give more stars if I could. They were recommended to us, I won't hesitate in referring them to others and using for my business relocations as well.

From start to finish 5 star experience! Very quick to respond to my requests when booking and confirming arrangements in advance as the day approached, the staff over the phone had answers to respond with patience all my questions. The movers arrived bang on time. Friendly and professional. Got on with the job, moved stuff with a huge deal of care, impressive wrapping techniques of fragile items.
Entirely deconstructed furniture before moving, and reassembled just as effortlessly in location when needed.

Great experience - Platinum were flexible when we had to change dates last minute due to issues out of our control. The movers were punctual, friendly and efficient. I've had some nightmare moving experiences, but will definitely use Platinum again!

Easy to deal with a simple booking process. When our movers arrived, nothing was too much of a hassle to them, they moved our stuff up and down stairs all day, no breakage, clean trucks, they put the beds and tables back together. I would give more stars if I could.

I've hired platinum removals as it was recommended by a friend. I'm satisfied with the service. Great communication for the booking with advices.
Just a few points to improve: they were 30mn late due to unexpected issues. Even if they sent us a message to notify us, we and our friends had to start without them. The other thing is that the truck size was underestimated, and we had to carry things by ourselves. Luckily the new house was 500m away.
Lorenzo and Mehdi were experienced and super friendly, it was a pleasure to work with them.
Apart from the two details above, I definitely recommend platinum removals. Thanks guys.

Marcio and the guys were excellent. Incredibly punctual, quick and professional. Nothing was too difficult and they were extra careful with our fragile items. I would definitely recommend Platinum Removals to everyone!

The guys arrived on time and were very helpful during the entire move. They worked hard and fast, never complained and were happy to accommodate any requests made. I'm glad my previous removalist let me down because now I have a new better one!
