Been going to Planet Fitness Lambton for quite a while now and it has never failed to disappoint me or the guests I’ve brought with me. Wouldn’t switch gyms for the world!

I just came here to get info about joining and was planning from last 6 months to join gym for engaging myself in healthy activity but the way Jordan guided and explained the things in detail and benefits of exercise, I changed my mind from info to get it registered rightaway. Great friendly staff and I would recommend to join this branch and gym as its very economical with every possible service available

Amazing Gym! Such helpful and kind staff, affordable prices which is very helpful as a uni student. Very nice and non judgemental environment and great clean equipment. So excited to be starting my health journey at planet fitness.

Good value for money and staff are usually quite pleasant. Sometimes there's a fair few machines that are broken or not fully functioning.

Cancellation of memberships: Planet Fitness have an unclear process that is not outlined within their contracts, terms and conditions on the website or FAQ. Please make sure you understand your consumer rights. Your requirement is to give 30 days written notice with no specific requirement on where to do this (section 5 of your agreement). It does not contain any clauses about processing times or being away from your email. Under contract law, agreements are interpreted based on what is written in it and what a reasonable person would assume. If PF tacks on another week, seek out information about your rights under the Consumer Law Act. I attempted to resolve this issue with PF and they had no interest. However, Amy, who answered the phone was polite even when middle management left her to deal with my call and "relay" their message.

Pretty good gym, like the secluded room with the equipment in it, cheap as so it’s worth your money

Great value for money, I love having access to the spa and bringing a friend. All the staff I've met are genuine, helpful, caring and want to see you achieve your goals. I couldn't ask for more!

STAY AWAY The gym itself uses outdated and dirty equipment with rust. This company cares more about money than keeping their customers happy, you’d think with this mentality they would atleast have state of the art equipment, oh and they will charge you late fees even if you make a payment a minute after they try

The worst gym I have ever been to. I was made to feel extremely unwelcome in classes and the equipment itself is extremely outdated. Biggest rip off ever, would give zero stars if I could.

Great variety of cardio and weight equipment.
Love the relaxing hydro beds.feels great after a workout.
Staff are very friendly and always have a smile.
Only downfall is there's no creche.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Not prepared to give refunds in Covid circumstances even if you can't attend and will argue with you relentlessly.

Very affordable, super friendly and helpful staff, recently updated equipment and they have set up a really great culture inside the gym. What’s not to like!

Planet fitness lambton is great and really affordable for uni students. I love the amount of equipment as it means there is always something to do no matter the time of day. Awesome service as well!

I have been absolutely amazed by the facilities and the perks offered by the urth membership! Great staff and they're around 24/7. The sauna and the hydrotherapy bed of no extra charge from my weekly membership of $10/wk is more than worthwhile! Either way coming to the gym is now something to look forward to after work!

Big location, heaps of machines, helpful staff and $5 per week membership. Can't go wrong!

Great gym for all! Judgement free and they mean it. I would reccomend to anyone looking for a reliable gym with a full range of equipment for all needs.

Friendly staff, good equipment for every level of fitness, all for very good price, can get busy if you come in the early evening though, other than that no complaints

I have seen children run better businesses than here. I have tried to leave this gym five times now. Countless forms, calls and walk ins to cancel my membership and nothing came out of it. I started to quitting process in December it is now eight months later and they finally stopped my payment. When asking for my money back after countless calls saying my payment would stop in two weeks (they started saying this in April) they outright refused me my money back. The gym itself was dirty, the water bubblers never worked and the classes were mediocre at best. 10/10 would recommend ANY other gym, don't waste your time or money with a spam email of a business.

VERY BAD GYM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS YOUR MONEY. I used to join their Urth Membership, I always get weird funds taken out of my bank account here and there, I came to talk with the staff at the front desk, they failed to explain the reason for the charges that I got and did not get a refund. Most of the front desk staffs are so disrespectful to talk to! They keep on greeting and saying goodbye MID-CONVERSATION and forgetting where they are up to while speaking to me. It is as if my matter is not important! I got fed up that I choose to withdraw from the membership, as I am currently a student, they have to excuse me out of the $99 fee, I explained via email to the manager, Simone, in which she/he seems to not read it carefully nor care about what I wrote, and just gave me the terms & conditions about withdrawals. Have to explain the second time to get her to understand by saying "I was unaware that you're a student" Like, can't you read what I wrote to you Simone? Imagine if I did not explain the second time, I would still get charged $99 (although this might be their strategy to get that extra bucks, gold diggers!), Oh you thought that's it, there's more! After the withdrawal, you will be told to pay ANOTHER MONTH of gym membership as a "Notification Period" and now I have to pay another $120, I could not even express how mad I am with this place and overall customer service. Overall place was so stinky and lowlight, disrespectful staff and manager, if i could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. CHOOSE A BETTER GYM, SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS GOLD DIGGERS!

Always welcoming and ready to answer all enquiries. Gym is very well equipped with multiple stations for all body parts as well as warm up and cool down areas.

I was a member of this gym I was threatened by another member and did nothing to rectify the situation. I had one bad moment and kicked me out I was always friendly to everyone. When made a legitimate complaint they took no action. This toilets smell bad and they don't like it if I used the gym everyday it's cheap so you get what you pay for I don't recommend this place to anyone.
