This is a very positive gym and has plenty of good machines and a very good environment to improve on ourselves

Large Gym, 5 rooms. Great choice of weights, machines, treadmills etc. Staff are proficient, friendly and courteous. Highly recommended

Love urth fitness at Charlestown.as a new member & someone in their 50’s, I was a little nervous joining a gym for the first time, but there was no need to be. The staff are so lovely & encouraging & im really enjoying myself …

Urth is such an impressive gym! The facilities are amazing, every piece of equipment is here sometimes double so I’ve never had to wait for a machine or weights. The best part is the spa room! Free hydro massages and spray tans? ! Say no more! 10/10 recommend Urth Fitness!

Tried out this gym for the first time today. It's a very modern gym with heaps of equipment choices. This gym is also very clean and tidy!

Great gym great price always go to Belmont location but great to have the option to go for Charlestown and Lambton

Where is the humanity these days.

I'm 8 months pregnant I kindly ask to use their bathroom as the hilltop plaza bathroom are currently closed. I explained that I've been across the road and I'm seeking bathroom elsewhere before coming to planet fitness which I had advised them, but being 8 months pregnant I couldn't walk any further nor can I hold it any longer.

As I walk down the escalators I could already feel they weren't welcoming at all.

I looked around there was only 1 guy on the treadmill and there was no way they were at full capacity due to covid regulations and being 1030am on Monday morning there definitely weren't busy.

I'm not someone that would play the pregnancy card but I walked away in tears as I just needed to use the bathroom to save any embarrassment from happening.

I'm not a customer at all but I can assure you that my family and friend will definitely know about my experience.

Where is the kindness these days.

Favourite place for sashimi and watermelon strawberry mint juice. Parking has never been an issue.

Great affordable price and the staff are always so welcoming. They have most equipment you need. The only downfall of the Charlestown location is that only certain parts of the gym are open 24 hours.
