I’ve had Elissa for my knee injuries and she has been extremely awesome helping me get through them and she is highly recommended.

What an amazing treatment I had with Trish the podiatrist. Thoughtful, educational and caring. She did an amazing job and highly recommend her.

I jumped in last minute to see the wonderful podiaTrish and was absolutely blown away by her knowledge of the human body! She helped me gain an understanding of all the small contributory factors involved in repair and maintenance of my body, and has really helped push me in the right direction.front of house was also extremely pleasant to deal with and very inviting.

Graeme is my Mr Fix-it and he is wonderful. His knowledge and skills have got me back up and moving after a car accident, surgeries, and exercise injuries and nothing is ever too much trouble. I think so highly of him that I have taken both my parents to see him with fabulous results, and friends now also use Graeme following my high recommendation. I hate to think what state I would be in without his help!

Trish is so amazing, my feet were an absolute mess and she was so gentle and kind. The best and will be returning!

I have been seeing Jasmine for a number of months and I could not recommend her highly enough! I have seen a few physios before her and have never felt heard or that I can ask all my questions. Jasmine takes the time to listen and there isn’t a single time I’ve left a session with questions unanswered. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in great detail. Bonus is she’s so lovely and has such a positive outlook. 10/10 recommend!

Trish Cowan the podiatrist treated my feet with nothing but the upmost care and made the whole experience completely comfortable and satisfying. My feet were feeling so fresh and so clean post treatment. I highly recommend!

If I could give more than five stars to Elissa and the team at Physio Central, I would.
I have been to different physios in different countries and cities, including different parts of Sydney.
Elissa is gentle and kind, with a lovely sense of humour and a professional and easy manner.
She possesses an impressive, in-depth, and comprehensive knowledge of how the human body works (and why bits of it sometimes decide not to!)
Elissa explains everything she does, why, and how it will help. She understands how A can effect B, which can effect C, and therefore why we need to do D.
Elissa has given me helpful ideas about a few things that I can do at home without my feeling overloaded.

PhysioCentral is the place to go for the best physiotherapy in the Sutherland Shire. The physiotherapists Graeme, Jack & Jasmine are genuine and caring, and Loa the Massage therapist really knows her stuff.
If you are looking for a physio or massage therapist I can’t recommend them more highly.
