Physio Cental is a friendly environment, all of the staff are so welcoming and kind. I have been seeing Jasmine for physio and Michelle for massage and highly recommend both of them. The whole team is very professional, I would be happy to be treated by any of them.

Great results highly recommended, 47 years old trying to keep fit comes with a lot of hick ups but when you got the right team it’s a cruise control.

I highly recommend physio central! It is such a friendly and chill environment and all the staff are so welcoming and kind. Jasmine in particular helped me so so much through two of my recent injuries, both of which I have had a full recovery, I owe that to her! Jasmine took the effort to really listen and understand what exactly was wrong, as well as giving me really easy at home exercises which resulted in the best and quickest recovery I could have had! Jasmine is honestly the nicest person, she is so sweet and so incredibly friendly and made coming to the physio a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend physio central and I highly recommend Jasmine!:)

in my experience with jasmine I found her to be very knowledgable and very caring.

I cannot recommend or speak highly enough of Graeme for helping me with my balance issues. Graeme understood my concerns and explained to me what I was feeling was ok and a plan to get through it. With patience and genuine care and continued follow up from him I have been able to get back to my normal activities with continued daily light exercises. When I have been asked how I am going with my recovery I credit Graeme with the invaluable help and care he has given.

I’ve been visiting Jasmine for a couple of months now about jaw pain that I’ve been suffering from for years. After the first visit, pain was significantly reduced and continues to reduce with each visit. Jasmine is the best - she’s so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what has happened and why and what steps to take to resolve the problems. Such a great small physio practice!

I’ve been seeing Elisa and the service has been amazing I’ve noticed massive improvements! I’d recommend Physiocentral to anyone it’s a pleasant experience from arrival till departure the receptionist Vanessa is always a pleasure also.

Maddi, the dietician, has been treating me for a while now and she is fantastic. She has taught me how to eat healthy and live a balanced lifestyle, allowing me to have a better relationship with food. I would strongly suggest her to anyone!
