I'm from the US and wanted to send someone some framed photos as a gift. Victor was incredibly helpful and gave me updates during the entire process. The frames turned out great and I'm very happy with my experience with Photoland.

The Argentinian girl is fantastic! She helped me with my passport photo after a very bad experience at Offiworks where they dont cut the photos. Thanks for saving the application of my visa.

I didn’t pass the photo in the post office three times, and I passed it once. The name is well-deserved.

Disgraceful approach! They claimed service time to wait for passport photos to be printed was one hour however they were happy to decrease this to 15 minutes if you paid an extra $9.95 on top of $24.95 for just four passport photos.

I recently received outstanding service from the team at Photoland which saved my sanity! On a recent trip to the Serengeti (Africa) when reviewing several hundred priceless photos my fat thumb deleted the entire lot on the Micro SD card. I was totally devastated obviously. On a recommendation and after a discussion with Photoland I mailed the card to them and within a week they sent me a USB with my 299 recovered photos! It came with a new USB, my old card, some written advice and all sealed in ziplock bags. You can imagine my relief but aside from that the service was absolutely first class even if it had been for a simpler service. These guys are totally reliable and trustworthy and highly competent. (Ps. Yes I have learned my lesson!)

I write to sing the praises of the Photoland Sydney team. What a total treat to receive fantastic service from the crew at Photoland last week! The staff was friendly and exceptionally efficient. The photos conformed to the exacting requirements of the Chinese visa-issuing authorities. Photoland was every bit as competent as other satisfied customers had led me to expect. Chinese visa photos have stringent requirements; Photoland is across all of them (no glasses, no jewellery, no teeth showing, no smiling, no white shirts). Full marks!
In other news, I have been told by many Lithuanians who get their passport photos taken at Photoland, that the Photoland passport photo product is accepted by the Lithuanian authorities, without demur.

I've had a couple of photos printed and framed at Photoland and the service, result and value has always been outstanding. Knowledgeable staff, efficient service, a wide selection and a fair price – I'll use them every time.

I have used Victor and his team at Photoland for many years to develop and print my photos. They have always done an excellent job. Recently they advised me on the paper and framing for a photo that I wanted in a large print and assisted with post production (to a level that i couldn't achieve myself). The print in now hanging in pride of place and I couldn't be happier with it. I can unreservedly recommend Victor and his team.

Great services! I was in a hurry to get my passport photo done. I emailed them my photo the night before and they fixed it and got it ready and printed it by midday the next day! The staff were very friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for anything better. Definitely recommend this place!

I needed a simple passport-style head and shoulders photo. Photoland provided exactly what I needed promptly and at a reasonable price. Its staff were also helpful and courteous.

I recently ordered a collage, which is accessed online. The staff was extremely helpful and I must say not only very, very professional and competent, but also refreshingly patient as I fumbled through the ordering process.
