With my daughter living in Sydney and ourselves residing in Hong Kong I thought I was going to encounter problems in trying to have an image printed and framed for her to collect. I didn't need to worry! Photoland handled my request from start to finish with ease. Their website allowed me to choose size of print and type of frame I wanted. Ordering and payment was simple. Photoland kept in touch at every stage and within a few days the order was ready for collection - wrapped so it would be a surprise when opened at Christmas. Thank you - service to be proud of!

I can throughly recommend the service at Photoland. I had a large canvas print done a couple of years ago which was of excellent quality, and now have returned to get a large format print that was particularly special to me. On both occasions I found the team knowledgeable, informative, friendly and prompt and have been totally happy with the prints.

After two miserable attempts at officeworks and aus post, I took the initiative to take my own photo of my 3 week old for her passport. I then was able to email photoland with my attempts where Victor came back to me within the hour advising that one of the photos he could use to comply with passport regulations. The pictures were then ready 24 hours later. What an absolute service! Couldn't recommend them highly enough and Victor specifically.

We thought our aim was simple. To digitally restore and enhance an old analogue photo of a loved one for a memorial plaque. Initially, we scanned and emailed the photo to three self-proclaimed specialists online and paid lavishly. The results were poor. Next, we purchased (Photoshop clone) software and attempted to restore in-house; again the outcome was inadequate. Finally, in desperation, we rang Photoland and luckily for us, Darren answered.

Straightaway we knew this is a photographic expert, confident in his technical ability, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and, importantly, patient. Experiencing Darren’s service over the phone and in-person, we believe his customer relations ‘mantra’ can be summarised as listen, advise, assist and, consequently, provide what the customer desired/envisioned.

After receiving our restored photo digitally and in print, we were impressed by how Darren surpassed our expectations, both in quality and artistic improvement. Therefore, with the utmost honesty and without hesitation, we highly recommend Photoland’s services.

I would love to thank Victor and his team for the outstanding customer service. Needed heart shape photo for a special pendant. The photos were professional done and fitted perfectly. Also arrived to us in Adelaide very next day.

Great service, quick and fine job.

I was in a hurry to get a proper photo for my passport which was rejected to renew at the embassy 30 min ago because of the quality of the photo I took myself was not good enough. (though I thought it was.)

Anyways, when I rushed to this shop (which the staff at the embassy recommended), the front door of the shop was locked and there was a sign on the door.

I thought "Uh-ho, of course.it is corvid -19. " I was hesitating if I should call the number on the sign because the time I had was very tight. (there was only about 40min till the embassy closed) But when I was about to get my phone, the gentleman inside the shop showed up at the front door and unlocked it!

I explained him what I needed and that I did not have enough time too.etc (in my not good enough English)
I think It would not work in that way especially because of on this virus situation.

However! The gentleman (I think he must have felt sorry for me because I must have looked desperate) let me in and had a quick job for my photo without any extra charge which apparently they normally did.

So I could make it in time.

I was lucky to get there ;) They were so helpful.

Highly recommend Photoland. The prints are top quality and the team provide great assistance and advice. We printed a heap of wedding photos and also purchased some albums and a large frame. I won't be getting photos printed anywhere else!
