Phil Gilbert Motor Group Service: Croydon

The staff member that greeted me was very welcoming and professional. However when I booked my service online the ask if there's anything particular you'd like them to look at. I requested that they align the headlights, as it's a brand new car getting its first complimentary service and it came with the headlight misaligned (right beam lower than the left). That wasn't done, and I wasn't expecting it to be done as I'd be warned they are very lazy about going the extra mile with any extra requests above the minimum they must do.

It was a very informative and well arranged Car Care Clinic yesterday at Croydon. I was impressed with all the planned arrangement that had gone into such a successful instruction clinic which would have left the participants feeling looked after and not only for the time spend last night but also for future car services.

Absoultey the best place to go for a service and of course anything else regarding your pride and joy is definatley Phil Gilbert motor group Croydon. I am always well looked after when i need to go to the service center by all the staff. The whole team go above and beyond with genuine enduring care of any concerns you have. Btw great coffee and free WiFi is grouse as well, time flies if you need to wait?

My car is always serviced well at Phil Gilbert, Croydon. Last night's Car Care Clinic was most informative. A very generous 'sample bag' of gifts was provided to help me look after my Corolla. I wasn't expecting this at all. A lovely supper was provided, too. It was a very welcoming atmosphere.

Charging $150 an hour for labour is ridiculous and they didn’t even vacuum my car. Take your money elsewhere, their arrogance doesn’t deserve your hard earned.

Great staffs, good service and car care clinic workshop is awesome, worth of attending and knowing about how to maintain your car.

The car care event was fun, I learned how to change a flat tyre, how the hybrid cars operate, how brake pads work and how to distinguish fake car parts from genuine parts.

Booked in for changing airbag because they called us but told there is no drop in service to homebush when I went to drop my car wasted my day.

They service 2 vehicles for us, and another for 2years. Excelent in every way. Highly recommend.

I had my car serviced at Phil Gilbert a few weeks ago. It was the first time I felt satisfied with a car service. They provided a video of the service done on my car and they stayed true to the price quoted. I would recommend Phil Gilbert to friends and family.

Very unprofessional people, their service very bad, definitely not recommend for service, staff even don’t want to get up their chair and serve you, especially the Croydon service is the worst one.

Had my car serviced here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Customer waiting area was pleasant but spent more time waiting than I wanted to. My car wasn't ready at the stated time.

Bad customer service and not user friendly.

They told me to pay $500 for financial loan application whether approve or decline. Went other shop didn't ask me money first. My first impression here is ruined by their team members.
