We have used Sydney Wide Pest Control multiple times to eradicate pests in and around our property. We back on to bush and are always so impressed at how long our home remains bug free after a general extermination. Rodney does a fantastic job, we highly recommend this business!

Due to the recent rains I had to reschedule many times, each time they were very understanding and offered great friendly service.

Don’t believe on their website, they mention FIXED PRICE for ANY house, pure lie, they charged 40 dollars more because my house is over 700 sqm. I didn’t agree with that, their website has no information at all about that. Extremely unprofessional by them. We can’t complain about the person who did the service though, Alex, he was very nice.

I am not happy with the service as Im still getting a lot of cockroaches after I paid a $170 I thought that included the spiders and cockroaches and ants as well but not just that when the Guy came to do the outside of my house he did a terrible quick 3 second job and my house still has cockroaches flying through it very annoyed as I have a 4 year old terrified of Cockroaches and spider's and a 10 month old which I do not like bugs near her I do not recommend.

Pest Control Sydney Wide / Sydney Side Pest Control - Chaotic, disorganised, unresponsive, error prone, and unprofessional - And the Business Owner (Jeff 27/10/2021) justifies the end result as being acceptable - I do not think so. They ignored my multiple emails for Termite treatment to be provided. Their report has actually identified my requested Termite treatment was required (but NOT provided). The Termite Report has no business or company name header and identifies the wrong Inspection day of the inspection. The invoice provides no actual confirmation of the work provided or the date of work provided - very vaguely worded. I now have little to no confidence in the work provided. The Invoice provided identifies only one of the two requested properties have received attention. I email Jeff with my concerns, he makes NO effort to read my concerns, calls me and gets my job mixed up with another problem job - And Jeff astoundingly tries to argue his Business has provided me with acceptable service? Never again.

Great job, professional, thorough and good value for money. Will continue to use these services and highly recommend.

The pest control service was quickly amd easily organised through the call centre and Jimmy arrived promptly and on time on a Sunday morning to clear 2 wasps nests and treat the outside areas. He was polite, professional amd helpful. The service was good value for money too.

The team taking the booking were very responsive and had all of my details from my last service. Rod came out to do my service was very friendly, calling prior to arriving and then splitting the service into 2 sessions due to the rain. Definitely recommend!

The technician Troy showed up on time, was professional and extremely thorough. He made sure all areas of the 4 storey house was covered. It's been 2 days and I can already see that the house is bug free. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again in the future.

Very professional service. Had a rainy week, Pest Control Sydney split the work over two visits, first time for the interior only, and the second time for the exterior, when it was sunny and dry.
