22 January 2024, pest Control was completed for the rental I reside in. The house was badly infested with German Cockroches, silverfish and spiders. The treatment was very extensive inside the house and outside the house including the eves etc.
Very polite and friendly technician
The technician was on time and had sent a courtesy sms of his arrival time.

The service was appalling. Paid for inside and out but then told me inside wasn’t necessary (still charged me for it). Refused to look in the areas where we thought the rats were. Laid three boxes and left after 10 minutes. Not a service I’ll be using again

You get what you pay for, good value but not as thorough as more expensive services. They had a mix up with the time booked. The guy was efficient.
