We bought a large Chobi rug from Paul a few months ago. At the time, we were really impressed by his knowledge - of the rugs' provenance, how to care for them, what colours might work best in what room, and by his patience as we looked for the right rug. He offered to bring several we liked to our home to help us decide, which he did, and this proved to be incredibly helpful. Paul is warm and friendly and was a delight to deal with. We highly recommend him and the Persian Rug Co.and will definitely go back to him for future rug purchases.

Not only is my rug outstanding, it came within one week (in a pandemic with extreme mail hold ups) with consistent communication from Paul about arrival. The rug is lush - high quality, soft and cushion like. It takes me back to quality pieces found in my childhood home. Noticeably different from todays mass production products.

Great service! The owner Paul is super-impressive with his knowledge of Persian rugs. Nothing was too much trouble in looking through piles of top-quality and well-priced rugs. When we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, he suggested we return a few days later when a new shipment was arriving as he had a couple of rugs in mind. We took one look at them and bought one on the spot. It's now the centrepiece of our living room and we absolutely love it. We can't recommend Persian Rug Co.highly enough.

During lockdown it’s challenging to buy rugs without seeing them, but Paul was able to quickly send extra photos and thoughtfully describe the differences in look and feel of different rugs, making the process easy. Exceptional service and rug collection. I bought a beautiful- 30 year old -rug online to be sent to Melbourne for my son's birthday. I was notified with every step of the process. The rug arrived one day after it was dispatched and it was in great condition almost as new.
I asked for a favour to have a birthday wish sent with the rug. My son received the rug and the birthday wish was presented beautifully. I couldn't ask forma better service and support.

A rug was required for the last stage of transforming the lounge, the beautiful rug from Persian Rug Co just filled the bill.

I can highly recommend Paul, Janet and the staff at the Persian Rug Co. - a very professional, knowledgeable and responsive service. I have just picked up my small and much-loved Rajasthani kilim which has been painstakingly and beautifully repaired and cleaned. Janet even made a special trip to Spotlight to purchase tapestry wool to provide a better colour match for my rug. Paul also provided a free appraisal of another rug which I had with me. This was my first visit to the Persian Rug Co. It will definitely be my first stop when I am next considering a rug purchase. Very impressed.

Firstly the website experience was very good, enabling me to look at all the rugs and pricing and get an idea of what I wanted. When I went to the warehouse it was enormous, very clean, and an enormous range of rugs in such a large space. I showed the photos from the websites of the rugs I wanted along with the serial numbers and the boys were able to quickly show me the requested rugs. One thing I like is the pricing is fair and made simple so there is none of the " I don't know what I am buying and is this a 50 % going out of sale place". In summary, a very large warehouse, very clean and well ordered, very transparent and reasonable pricing, and the rug looks great on my floor and i'm happy with the quality.

Loving our recent purchases of 2 new rugs. Paul and his team were very informative, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Loved learning about the weavers, the dye that they used, the different cultures, and the history about every rug.the experience of our visit always feel similar to visiting a museum where every object is an artwork.
