I don’t often send comment but. Today I went back to the Persian Rug Company in Rozelle. We’d bought a fabulous (mainly red tones) carpet 2 years ago as a present to our son and daughter in-law. They love it and I just loved the personal service. Today, I needed a 4m kilim runner and a couple of prayer mats to complete my house on renovation. Got the same great service and deal, no pressure sales. Walked out with what I wanted and a big smile on my face. Thank you PRC!

Incredibly good experience from the moment we walked into the show room although Paul was busy with another customer, he acknowledged our presence and showed us to the area that was the size rug we were looking for. We looked then Paul spent time with us and went through the entire pile. We saw one near the bottom that we liked and he moved all the rugs so we could see the whole pattern. There was no price haggling and Paul delivered the rug the next day and put it in place. Initially not realising that many years ago we had purchased two rugs from this company. We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend a visit to this showroom if you are looking for a rug. An incredibly pleasant and successful experience.

We very much recommend Persian Rug Co.as we looked at standard shops which did not have the range Paul does at Persian Rug Co.
We had a look online but we prefer to see it in person so we endeavoured to make the trip from the Hunter valley to Sydney and it was worth it.
Paul really helped find the right colour and affordability. Not to mention, we actually reached the warehouse close to closing time and Paul and his team were outstandingly accommodating especially on a Saturday afternoon.
So we give 5/5 stars ️

I purchased my first Persian rug from Paul. Having wanted one for so long and seeing all these rugs shops with closing down signs I was always skeptical as to what I might be getting. After some research I found the Persian Rug Co, and must say Paul ran through all the rugs and pricing and spent his time with me educating me on styles of rugs where they were made, how they were crafted etc. I purchased a beautiful rug and could not be happier with it. Paul was very helpful with my initial email enquires and when we came to his store he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us around and share his knowledge on the carpets origins, manufacture process and maintenance. I made an appointment with Paul, via email. I spoke of dimensions and styles and a price range. He was well prepared for my visit. He showed me and explained how a rug might feel in a space due to its colouring, etc. He spoke to the quality and materials that go into rugs, such as the cork Kashan that I was to buy. I was very comfortable to end my search for a rug here at the Persian rug co. It is now laid out in my living space and it is beautiful.

Buying on line is fraught with issues as we all know; buying a floral Persian carpet especially so as each electronic device will create its own rendition of colours. When buying a carpet on line time and patience are two essential ingredients when endeavouring to make an informed choice. Paul was keen to help us work through the colour issues when selecting our Persian carpet. Images flew backwards and forwards as colours were discussed accepted and rejected. We appreciated that Paul took the necessary time to gain an understanding of the curtain, wall and floor colours in our dining room and helped us confirm the suitability of a carpet we initially saw on his website. Through Paul’s generosity we were able to afford that particular carpet we hitherto thought to be out of our reach.

Very professional, courteous, honest and extremely knowledgeable. You can get stung buying ‘genuine’ persian rugs from some places but I would have no hesitation or qualms buying from this company in future.
