Penrith Physiotherapy Sports Centre

I walked in today, with a referral and had an appointment 30 minutes later.
The session went well, with an assessment of what needs to be done, exercise wise to help with recovery from injury.
The physiotherapist was very helpful and considerate.
Looking forward to my next appointment, to gauge the improvement in my injury.

My son started seeing Micaela today after an ACL reconstruction. He came out of the session with a big smile saying she was such a good physiotherapist because she was caring and friendly.

I visited here and was treated by Ann-Lise. Who I would highly recommend. As well as being nice & funny she was quick to identify the cause of the pain in my shoulder. She used different techniques to treat my pain and I feel better about returning to a job with lots of manual handling under her treatment.

Michaela did a full assessment and really listen to my concerns. Looking forward to my improvement plan and progress to get me moving with limited pain. I have confidence Michaela has worked out what might be happening with my knee and back. Look forward to recovery

My very first appointment today with Megan. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her to friend's and family.

I have always found Declan to very good, my wife and I have used Declan for a few years now, and are always happy with the results of his work, and explanation of where your pain is coming from. He is definitely my first choice when it comes to my physio needs.

Never had physiotherapy before and had a workplace injury. Michaela was very friendly and helpful and on my first assessment and gave me excercises to try at home right away. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rob was highly recommended to my husband by a friend, and on his first visit we found Rob to be very approachable and caring. He was thorough with his assessment and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. He was clear about his expectations for my husband’s treatment and what he could expect from future appointments. We were both very impressed with Rob and look forward to follow-up visits.

Tim is an absolute legend who is very thorough and takes his time to ensure he has covered all possibilities of the cause behind your injury. I’ve never felt so happy with the service received and will definitely be returning whenever I need expert advice.

I have attended Penrith Physiotherapy and Sports Centre for continuation of care after having Back Surgery for a disc injury. Tim was very thorough with every detail and made me feel right at home for the session. I would highly recommend Tim and indeed all of his colleagues at Penrith Physiotherapy and Sports centre as they offer a range of first class treatments and will listen to and set out goals for you to reach on your way to a healthier and better life.

Wonderful service, my physiotherapist Allan was very helpful, informative and reassuring. For a scary medical experience that was pretty unnerving (extreme vertigo from a sudden case of bppv), not only was my session helpful in learning manoeuvres to rehabilitate myself, it was also emotionally a big relief to talk to an experienced and caring team. Thank you:) would definitely recommend!

Sarah is awsome! Saw her today for my 6yr old he loves her. She did very well with my son with asd and adhd and was bouncing off the walls so to speek. She is very knowledgeable at what she does and explains everything in detail. Will be back to see her nxt wk

Had an appointment with Allan today. I found it most informative and believe the information I received will be invaluable in the management of my problems.

I’ve seen Allan at Penrith Physiotherapy Sports Centre when needed for my back issues for more than 5 years or so. He is very good at what he does, very professional and I always get great results with him. I would highly recommend Allan and his team. Everybody there is really lovely and it’s always a pleasure dealing with them all.

I have been seeing Rob for many years now and there is no one better. My current shoulder issue has had me quite worried and not knowing what direction I should be going.
1 hour with Rob and I feel like we have a plan and both heading were I want to go. You are a champion mate.
