Recently had the misfortune to contact them looking for a few simple parts.told me to wait 6/8 weeks. I'd say without even pressing a key.no form of assistance in any way from the so called parts manager.
Would never have anything to do with them if I was to buy a second rate car.

Absolutely awesome service!

We went to have a look at a car - salesman Harold was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

He took us for a test drive, and followed up after the drive - with no pressure.

This dealership is honestly fantastic - my toddler was running all over the dealership, and the team went out of their way to entertain the little boy!

They also gave us a fantastic deal on our trade in, and extended a deal on our new vehicle.

I can't thank them enough - extremely satisfied customer!

Purchasing a car here, wonderful experience. Claiming warranty when they sell you a car with faulty seatbelts, absolute nightmare.

I contacted Mazda Penrith Service Centre January 28th (picture included of phone contact to them on this date) to inform them that my left back seatbelt won't retract, this occurred while my son was seated and we were driving, he pulled his seatbelt forward to adjust it and it wouldn't retract afterwards.
Mazda was able to book me in on February 7th, pictured is a text message confirming this appointment. This appointment was to have my car assessed as my car is only 2.5 years old and still under warranty.

After my car was assessed on February 7th, I was informed that the part to replace the belt needed to be ordered in and was informed I would be contacted when it was in stock.

My seatbelt part become available on February 18th, as shown in this text message. I forgot to call them that day and was then contacted that Monday by Melissa who left me a voicemail (as pictured) asking to book me in for an appointment. I phoned her back that afternoon and Melissa booked me in for 1130am on Monday March 14 to have my seatbelt repaired.

On Monday the 28th of February, Melissa phoned me again (proof of call pictured), and confirmed if I had booked in my seatbelt to be repaired. I said yes, Monday the 14th of March at 1130am. Melissa stated she wasn't sure if she made the booking or wrote it down with an intent to contact me for this date, Melissa then ensured my appointment for March 14th was still to go ahead.

All while awaiting my new seatbelt, Mazda Penrith have been aware that I am currently expecting my baby and require full use of my seats in my car to have my car seat installed.

Today, Friday the 11th of March, I did not receive a confirmation text for my scheduled seatbelt repair booked for March 14th at 1130am. I was informed by Crystal who answered the Penrith Mazda Centre phone that this appointment did not exist, she would look into it and phone me back.

It was getting close to 5pm and I did not receive a call back so I rang back and spoke to Crystal.
I was informed that it was documented on file that my belt was assessed repaired and the date they have for this is March 3rd. I spent March 3rd in COVID isolation and still have a faulty seatbelt so this is definitely not the case. Crystal then informed me that because of this they now need to await Mazda Australia to confirm the repair again because it is a warranty claim. I asked Crystal how long would this process be as I need to have a carseat installed for my expecting baby. My next available day to have this repaired after March 14th won't be until I am due to give birth (I work full-time as a registered nurse, and Mazda Service Centre is only open Mon-Fri 9-5pm)

Crystal then said she could see if they had the part instock, repair my seatbelt then organise the warranty claim with Mazda Australia. Crystal then put me on hold to find out if the part was in stock. Crystal then informed me that the part was not in stock and is on back order from Melbourne, the best they can do is call me on Monday the 14th and let me know if it's available then.

There was no explanation of what happened to the part that was ordered in specifically for me and my car, obviously used elsewhere and left me completely forgotten about.

All in all this is massive headache and a massive cause of unnecessary stress from an expecting mother. Imagine if this was my drivers seatbelt, I wouldn't be able to use my car. I regret purchasing my car here and definitely won't in future and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

I want Mazda to rectify this issue asap or provide me with a replacement vehicle that I can safely and legally install my expecting baby's carseat in.

Had my first 10000 km service on my cx-5 at Penrith Mazda Centre. I am very satisfied with the quality of service. And the capped price equally good. I think they are one step ahead of a lot of other dealerships.

We put a vehicle in with an engine warning light being displayed, we were advised of several items that needed replacing and were supplied with a quote of approximately $5,700.00 plus the diagnosis charge of approximately $300.00.
We sought a second opinion and quote from another Mazda dealer. A quote was supplied at under $1,200.00. The vehicle was repaired and has been running well for several weeks now. Well worth a second opinion elsewhere.

Service poor, have had husbands Mazda for a warranty repair on a known issue with this model for 2 weeks, each day advising will be ready tomorrow. Still no car, we've been told again it will be ready tomorrow. No updates provided unless we ring them and wait on hold for long periods.

I needed to source a new car for my father during lockdown - the team at Penrith Mazda made hunting for a new car, sight unseen, very easy

Specific concerns I needed to address for my elderly dad were covered willingly

We ended up with a Cx30 G20 Pure - such a surprise package of a car for the money (I may end up getting one for myself too)

Dad’s happy - goal achieved!

Would gladly recommend Mazda vehicles and the Penrith Mazda team to anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle

Thanks Jon & Christian

Great friendly service from Zac. Gave a great price and excellent service. I moved my car collection date forward by a few days because of lockdown and he was able to get it ready for me on short notice.

Last Sunday I was looking at a few cars here and had some questions. I spent about 30 minutes in the heat and no one from this dealership approached to offer help. Then when I went inside, 4-5 of them were hiding in the shade, pretending to work. When one of them came to help, he looked and sounded like he doesn't really want to help. He hasn't even called me until now, like he promised to book a test drive for a Mazda 3. Really disappointing. One thing for sure is that I won't be buying a Mazda any time soon. If I was the owner of this place, I'd send those guys home.

New cars. Great service and non pushy sales people. Michael the sales guy actually listened, provided the information we needed and alternative options that were still inline with our needs.

Service is great, staff are wonderful BUT! The stuffed up my car, took it in for a recall and they said my seat brackets were fine but they welded a piece into the underneath of my drivers chair and now my seat won’t go back makes it very uncomfortable to try to get in and get out and I usually drive with my seat right back so car is no good to me now!

$770 for a spare ignition key? What happened to free trade and import duties on foreign cars? Do your homework before you buy another car, especially parts or service costs. Buy a horse or a bicycle instead.

Bought my new Mazda CX-5 and the dealership was fantastic. Christian took us through the car showing all the features and it took over 30 minutes but we really appreciated the tips and demonstrations. Would recommend Christian and Penrith Mazda. Christian is a great down to earth person that seemed genuinely happy in everything he does.

Could not fault Penrith Mazda at all! They went above and beyond this past month with our car problem
They go above and beyond when its in for a service and when it comes to purchasing a new car

You will never be disappointed, they take great care of you! Well done Penrith Mazda! Thank you so much!

First impressions of Penrith Mazda were extremely poor. The first salesperon I spoke to was pushy, arrogant, and rude. We wanted to look at a $30,000 car which he refused to show us because he said it was out of our price range and then ignored my questions or talked over the top of me. He turned what should have been a pleasant experience for my wife and I buying a family car into a horrid one. I'm sure Penrith Mazda have other good and decent staff but while this person is there I would choose to take my business elsewhere.

Edit: I did later speak to them again and John, David, and Boyd were all very nice and lovely to deal with. Such a pity that our first impression was such a negative one. (Footnote: we ended up buying a more expensive car elsewhere).
