Pretty impressive. Meet a young bloke named Miguel. Found him very helpful. Very happy with the servicing of our CX-3.
Definitely take my car back there again.

Could not recommend speaking to Scott Briskie at Penrith Mazda if you are on the look out for a new car. Purchased my new Mazda 2 and the whole process was a breeze start to finish, great service! Highly recommend - i am an extremely pleased customer:)

Worst customer service ever. I had an Engine issue with my CX9 and they quoted me 15k while the other dealership accepted my car, took the case to mazda as it was a known design issue and fixed my car under warranty. Wasted my 350$ here

I purchased my new car through Mazda almost 5 years ago and have only serviced through Mazda. Through the 5 years it was a good exerpience, however i have had two saftey issues that were not handled the way they should have been. The last time i serviced my car last year there was a repair that needed to be done, which was agreed. No one had advised me that my fitted baby car seat was moved. I noticed the car seat was extremely loose and had contacted Mazda of this concern and followed up by an email. I did not receive any other communication besides the apology i received from Roy in service the time i contacted them via phone (Roy's service dropping and picking the car up was good). I recently decided i no longer wanted to service through Mazda and was advised my feedback would be passed on. I received an email the other day offering 10% discount off my next service to invite me back, this is an automated email i am sure but the way this sitation was handled was poor and i want to make sure this does not happen to another person who continues to service through Mazda. Customers should be notified of any changes made to their car where it could be a safety issue.

I just want to say a huge thank you to wonderful Michael! I traded my Pajero in and was unsure with what to do next. I purchased a cx5 and I should of bought one earlier! Michael helped me all the way. I felt very comfortable in my choice with him. If I could give more stars I would. He needs more money he’s a very good salesman! Thank you Michael

Nothing but deception from the new car salesman. Had to contact Blacktown Mazda to get an honest answer. I now have a useless car sitting out front barely getting used. Wish I’d bought the Kia Seltos instead.

Have had issues since I bought my car brand new in September 2020. Even for the smallest things I have to make an appointment. They open at 0700hrs and have cars available for the day (except I start work then) and then don’t have a technician available any day after 1300hrs (would love that job!) After I’d had a service at 25000km the car was running rough, plus some other little stuff like my seat not going to it’s set position, which worked fine until after my first service) so I had to book in again. Three hours later they say there’s nothing wrong with it. Does anyone else have issues with lights for cruise control and the rear vision camera not being visible (without using CC, and already having reversed out of the driveway and the camera was fine) ? Or, as is my current problem - the rear vision mirrors aren’t opening and closing when they should? Does anyone know how to fix it - I’ve followed the manual but get nothing.

Purchased a Mazda 6 at Mazda Penrith in March via Boyd who was so accommodating and who was super helpful.
The car past the litmus test with a drive from Sydney to the north coast and back.

I chose the Penrith centre for my mazda 3 service and was taken care by Roy Wang, he listened to my concerns which was due to a failing battery and got it replaced under warranty. The email with a video of my car being worked at was a nice touch along with the urgent and recommended repairs with detailed costs that I could tick to be included in the service. Overall very pleased and I'll return.

I purchased a new car from this dealership and I was happy with the service provided by the salesman.

I am not happy whatsoever with the service department. I have taken my car in for three services and on each occassion there has been an issue. The last time, the technician figured that he knew best, ignored the Mazda recommend tyre pressure and grossly over inflated the tyres with 4 completely random tyre pressures.

On the drive home, I noticed that the car felt off, then an alarm sounds. I called the dealership who tried to tell me I had a puncture within 15 mins if leaving the dealership.

I had to drive out of my way to find a service station which is when I discovered the real problem. I contacted the dealership by email, never received a response so they won't be receiving my business.

Was nervous buying from a dealership because I was afraid about being ripped off. But I dealt with John and he was fantastic. Test drove cars without an issue.all customer service staff were easy and friendly. So many places I placed enquiries with rang me over and over but Mazda Penrith don’t harass you in that way. Overall super stoked with our experience here. Got a second hand car for a great price (especially compared to other dealerships) and was treated like royalty even still; such a relief after a tumultuous time post being crashed into. Thanks team!

Standard Mazda dealership clean and tidy. Cafe sells good coffee that's free with a service. Plenty of customer parking. Purchased my CX-9 here. Had issues with a rude service department desk clerk, but when we complained about the rudness my wife received, they treated the issue very professionally. Best outcome from a terrible situation.

I don't usually post any reviews unless I am extremely happy with the services. These 5 stars are not for the center but this guy ROY.
How some people being just polite and nice to the people who are struggling can make their day.we got our car diagnosed last week at Penrith Mazda an given a huge quote and we didn't know how to afford and very much looked a manufacturing issue and having only one car with two kids that too broken now has been very stressful.we called Mazda to understand if we need to fix it all at once or if its manufacturing issue Mazda can help the guy we spoke to first was EXTREMELY RUDE (Don't want to name and shame, god bless him) when we requested to let us talk to mechanic we were transferred to Roy who was so nice and kind tried to understand our situation and explained so well why the bill is huge and also helped us expedite the fix. It cheered us up and made us happy.what ever we did rest of the day went so well because we started day with the smile.all thanks to Roy.hoping to have our car road worthy soon this week.

I was booked in for my service, I mentioned that my aircon wasn’t working and they found that my condenser was leaking and thankfully it was able to be replaced under my cars warranty. Very happy with their honesty and care.

Unpleasant experience with service department girls. Vehicle has been serviced by Mazda the last 7 years and they had no record. The first girl was unwilling to help further and when I asked for
someone else, I then was helped. Sad that I had to ask for someone else. I also tried to book on line, but this function does not work correctly. I asked the girl to look into it, but she fobbed me off. Furthermore, I was not given a price for the service and had to call back. The quote I was given was overpriced. I prefer not to deal with Mazda again.

I had a technical question about my Mazda CX 5 which Mazda Australia couldn't help me with so I rang Penrith Mazda where we bought the car. Michelle was very helpful and went out of her way to find the information for me. Thanks Michelle and the service team for all your help.
