Rubbish customer service. Got Airbag recall replaced, asked for a diagnostic check. 2 days later pick up car and.they didn't have time!

The Salesman really did not seem interested. That is a pity as I have had 2 Camrys and I am looking for the 3rd one. I will go elsewhere.

A very good experience pleasant salespeople great cars and hard to beat deals and a happy customer and you cant get the smile off my face.

Looking for a first car for my 26 y.o son, we were drawn to Penrith City Automotive, who had a 2016 Picanto. It was a long drive out to Kingswood from the Eastern Suburbs. We were warmly welcomed by Mel, who very politely asked what we were looking for. Mel directed us to a red 2016 Picanto, and guided us through the attributes of the car. We took the car for a drive, and Mel organised a set of P Plates for my son.
There was no hard sell, on our test, we spoke of generalities. My son and I felt comfortable. Getting back to the dealership, we were offered a drink, and then discussed a great deal. No haggling it was settled.
Today 28/5/17, I picked the car up registered, fully fueled (unlike a lot of dealerships). Mel went through the controls, and operation of the car etc.
What a totally satisfying experience (unlike I have endured). One of the things I was impressed with Mel continually asked if i understand, or if I had any queries.
Mels Customer Service is way above what I expected and I have sent a note to the Marketing Manager, which I received a prompt response.
The total experience with Penrith City Automotive was second to none.
Well Done! Keep up the standard. When I am need of a replacement car, this where I will be heading!
