Very helpful staff, pleasant waiting area. They also have a courtesy bus which I've had the pleasure of using.

Look out sanitizer cans for Kia car airconditioning is $70 a can be prepared if you have issue with smelly vents.

Commendable service by the salesman, Chris, who explained and showed me the inside and outside of the vehicle, we went for a test drive, and finally he explained and carried out all the paperwork required in transfering ownership of the vehicle. Purchased a used car from Penrith city Automotive stay a way from this car yard at all cost! On the 22/01/2021 it was a Hyundai i45 2011 nothing but problems with the car. Toke the car to get fixed as it was under warranty told them what was wrong failed to fix problem so had to take car back. The reception said back a gean?

we said no and suggested if we can get an independent report from a nother mechanic The reception said strictly no second opinion from another mechanic as The mechanics he diagnoses the problems themselves.keep the car here and I will get the mechanics to look at the car again. Picked the car up had the car for a week had to take the car back down. Cut a long story shot on going issues with the car so the car was back and forward getting repaired. The mechanics claimed to fix the car and didn't we got a report from pedders on 16 June 22
Yes 1year later because ever time we toke the car down reception would say we fixed the car etc and then when warranty rain out the motor blows up how convenient my father spoke to meaniger and my dad pointed out there was no oil in the motor and oil lite didn't come on he told us to fix the motor at your expense they were talking bake and forward in the end dad gave in. The car has cost me $12000 to buy car + $6000 for motor know have to fix penrith city Automotive issue that they tempted to repair but didn't. I could of bought a better car. Penrith city Automotive do not live to there standards and take the customers money

I recently purchased a used Kia Sorento here, and had the very good fortune of being attended to by Chris Wheeler. He simply could not have been more professional, more attentive, nor more helpful. And, he clearly knows his product, which is invaluable. Cannot recommend Chris nor the dealership more highly, top flight autos at a fair value price, packaged with great service. What's not to like? !

Had my new Kia serviced here as a first service. Went fine and smoothly. They offered a bus to the station and had a nice lobby area where I had some tea. They send me a video of a little work they did which was nice and the final invoice was pretty clear. Overall happy.

My biggest thanks to the staff of Penrith City Automotive, especially Mel, my lifesaver and Bobby, who previously sold me my Yaris 11 years ago and has just sold me my dream car. I have been treated with kindness, consideration and generally just plain good old fashioned quality customer service. I recommend anyone looking for another car, visit the Kingswood car sales yard. My wife & I went into the Toyota dealership at this site & by chance ran into Emilio Rodriguez. From that point on nothing was too much trouble for Emilio, he answered all our queries with his extensive knowledge of the products he represents. On that day our new Toyota Camry Hybrid was ordered & before we new it delivery day was here. A very professional & seamless experience thanks to the courteous & friendly manner that Emilio brings to the proceedings.

Bobby San Juan has been selling cars since 1995 and did us a real solid. We went in looking for a Camry but didn’t quite have enough. With a word to his boss he was able to get us into an MY18 ZB Commodore AWD liftback I still can’t believe is sitting in my driveway!

There was a delay in getting the dashcam fitted- hopefully, like insurance, we won’t need it. The delay is why this is not a 5 star review, but they don’t allow fraction-stars either.

We went to Lander Toyota just down the road from ours and the guy said “No” as the first word of his answer to us. Going out to Penrith was the best thing we could have done when looking for our new car and when we come to getting a replacement for this one, there will be no hesitation in going right back out there!
